*Marshall's*

It felt different without having Alexa in the house. It was silent and no one was cooking anymore.

I wouldn't hear her humming anymore as she cleaned, the sweet scent of the foods she cooked, or her voice that nagged me to lower the volume of my headphones.

Ill admit, I missed her. More than I can imagine.

I'll sometimes find myself calling her name only to realize that she was not here anymore.

I visited Fionna and cake a day after she left, assuming she was there. But boy was I wrong.

I got a major yelling from the both of them. Cake even managed to hit me, which I'll admit, I deserved.

Running a hand through my hair, I decided to look for her in one last place. The candy kingdom. If she wasnt at Fionna's, then she's definitely at bubba's. They're practically brothers and sisters already.

"Hey! Bubba, what's up?" I grinned as I floated through his window.

He was doing some sort of weird bending pose on a mat.

"What are you doing at this fine night?"

"Yoga." He frowned at me.

I watched as he did another pose.

"It's really weird.."

"Can you please leave? I need concentration!"

I chuckled, and raised my hands in surrender.

"Chill. I just wanted to see if Alexa's here."

He stopped doing his weird yoga and stood straight up with a glare.

"Leave her alone. You were the one who kicked her out, so why are you looking for her now?" He sneered, crossing his arms.

I sighed, as I set foot on the ground.

"Look, I want to apologize okay? Fionna and cake already beat me up for that. My side still hurts from cake's foot!"

"That isn't enough. You made her cry Marshall! And she wasn't even supposed to cry yet!"

"Wait, yet? What do you mean yet?"

His face had a look of shock as he gasped.

"Uh. Nothing! Nothing. Now leave Marshall, before I call the banana guards!"

Laughing, I left but was still unsatisfied because I didn't get to talk to her.

As I left, I noticed something from the corner if my eyes.

It was alexa! She was just about to sleep.

I flew to her window and watched her. As soon as I knew she was asleep, I opened her window and stepped in, setting in the ground.

I went by her bed, staring at her sleeping form sprawled on her bed.

She as a messy sleeper since we were kids. Her legs was all over the place making her nightgown raise up her thighs and her blanket on the ground.

Laughing softly, I moved her legs and pulled her gown down and covered her with her blanket.

She squirmed making me flinch back.

"..m-m..m-marshall.." she whimpered.

I blinked as my body moved on its own, holding her hand.

"Hey, hey..I'm here.." I smiled softly.

She was crying in her sleep.

I was the cause of this. She wasn't supposed to be like this.

Sighing, I wiped her tears and leaned down. I kissed her forehead softly and left out her window again.
