Sixteen

*Alexa's*

  The concert hall, or gumball's ballroom for short, was packed with candy people and some others.

  A stage as set up for Marshall and I, and speaking of the vampire, I haven't seen him since yesterday.

  He was planning witb gumball, who said was only joined because he had male pride.

  "Okay, Marshall's almost done, your next Alexa. Get it going!!" Fionna cheered.

  Marshall was playing for almost an hour and a half. It was almost my turn.

  Marshall soon came running out the stage with a smirk. The crowd was cheering loudly for him.

  "Beat that, princess."

"Queen. And ofcourse I will. Watch me." I smirked and floated to the stage.

  "What's up candy kingdom!!"

The crowd cheered louder at the sight of me.

  "I'm guessing you guys already know that you have to vote after this. Vote for me and not for that vampire Marshall!" I laughed.

  "Alright. Here we go..one two three!!"

  I played on my bass as Fionna and cake backed me up on stage.

  Yes, they were with me.

I sang my first song, mad hatter.

   Song after song, I left the crowd wanting for more. Their cheers were louder than they gave Marshall.

  As I finished my second to the last song, he crowd clapped and yelled for an encore.

  "Alright alright. But this is the last one! It's something I composed with the help of my best girlfriends, Fionna and cake!"

  My bass strummed a low tune as Fionna and cake hummed.

"When you hold me in the street

I wish that it could be like that

  The crowd has their arms raised as they waved it slowly side to side.

  The lights dimmed and a spot light was on me, dramatically.

  "It's obvious you're meant for me
Every piece of you, it just fits perfectly
Every second, every thought, I'm in so deep
But I'll never show it on my face"

  As I sang, I saw Marshall in the midst of the crowd. My eyes locked on his as I smiled.

  I finished the song with the soft fade out, as the crowd cheered wildly. Marshall even clapped with a grin.

  "Thank you everyone! Now remember, vote for me and not the bat man!" I smirked as I ran out the stage.

  "Told you I'll win."

Marshall scoffed and rolled his eyes.

"Hah, as if, just wait and see, Alexa."

As gumball and peppermint maid counted the votes, someone tapped my shoulder.

  It was a little girl with white hair in pigtails.

  "Hey, sweet heart. Whats up?"

She looked at me with her big eyes. She was a vampire.

  "Can you come with me? I lost my dollie and I couldn't find it.." she sniffled.

  I frowned at her and nodded.
