Third point of view
As the morning approached still a rainy day sadly everyone ended up falling asleep on the couch last night. Ash for some unknown reason ended up on the floor due to Misty kicking him off the couch by accident from lack of space. May was comfortable in Drew's arms his head rested on hers as a comfy pillow. Leaf had her head rested on Gary's shoulder his arm wrapped around her waist. Dawn on the other hand was clinging onto Paul like a teddy bear he didn't care he was peacefully sleeping. Everyone was peacefully sleeping when all of a sudden the tv turned on while the remote was on the coffee table away from everyone. The tv volume suddenly blasted a clown on the screen laughing startling everyone out of their sleep.
"AHHH" everyone screeched. The clown has come back for me said a dumbfounded May who was still rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. The house is haunted HAUNTED yelled Ash who was starting to hyperventilate. Everyone sighed at Ashs actions. Come on Ashy boy there has got to be a logical explanation for the tv turning on like that right Leafy Gary said pointing to the long haired brunette. She shrugged and said Well I don't know maybe it was a ghost I don't know what else can explain this. Everyone promise me that no one turned on that tv said May. Everyone responded with I promise even the guys said it they were as scared as the girls even more scared if that was possible mostly Ash who was sulking in a corner. Does everyone pinky promise said May holding up her pinky in a very serious tone even though pinky promise can not be taken seriously. Yes everyone raised up theirs after her. They all knew if they tried to fight back that they would either be 1 burned by the fiery brunette or 2 be blamed for turning on the tv. They weren't taking any chances they both seemed very terrifying options. What do we do now asked Dawn. Everyone shrugged then Misty spoke up Ghost hunting she said with glee and excitement in her eyes. Everyone agreed since they had nothing else to do this day because of the rainy weather. They all split into partners of 2 and each got assigned different jobs Gary and Leaf will do research about the house's history on the computer in her study. Dawn and Paul exploring the attic for clues about the house or who lived in it previously. May and Drew were looking in the basement. Ash and Misty looked in the rooms and living room for any information that might help.
As they were about to split up and go to their destined places their phones rang sending a news report to their phones saying Killer Clowns on the loose trying to lure and kill kids in the forest. Holy sh*t said Gary, Drew, and Paul. Great said Misty sarcastically. Guys we can just blast their asses back to the forest if they try anything May said with her hand raised showing her fiery palm. Oh of course said Dawn with a mischievous grin. Everyone nodded in agreement. You guys do remember that we have to keep our powers a secret since we are the only ones with them right said Misty. Everyone sighed and agreed silently Yes Misty we have kept them a secret since forever and nothing will change that Leaf agreed. Hey guys before we go and "Ghost Hunt" can we eat first I'm starved said Ash who on cue his stomach growled. I agree said May. Okay but then it's serious business said Drew. Yes captain Drew May said as she saluted. This received May a chuckle and glare from Drew who wrapped an arm around her shoulder and said Lets just go eat before you faint from lack of food we wouldn't want that now would we . Before she could respond Drew dragged the brunette into the kitchen.
Everyone following behind the couple. They had left overs from the previous night since it was so good thanks to Misty's cooking skills. As everyone finished they went their separate ways in their partners. They were in a lazy mood to change since they weren't going anywhere anyway.
May's Pov
As Drew and I walked down the stairs to the basement. I accidentally missed a step and slipped I braced for the impact on my bum with the wooden stairs. I opened my eyes to see Drew's emerald green eyes looking down at me. I was clutching to his shirt. I let go of his shirt our eyes still locked. Geez May your such a klutz wow he is so rude to me before I could speak at him angrily he spoke again But hey you basically fell for me he smirked. Oh god that smirk I thought. I was too stunned to reply that I wanted to pretend to not hear him. Oh how he's gonna hate that. I walked down the stairs and started looking through papers that I found in a drawer and started minding my own business. When Drew came and looked at me in the eyes in concern oh god his eyes I love his eyes he's so attractive I just can't hold myself together when he looks at me. Control yourself May chill I keep telling myself. May are you okay sorry I was only kidding I'm trying to get your spirit up I know how you can get and I didn't want you to seem down or scared of what we may find out. Drew its okay I wasn't mad I was testing you and thanks for caring . I smiled he only shows his caring side to me and I love it he is so sweet to others he may seem like the calm and collected type but to me he is different. So did I pass he asked with curiosity. I smiled at him and pretended to think while having a finger to my chin Hmmm. I walked closer to him and wrapped my arms around his neck he wrapped his arms around my waist. We leaned in as our lips touched I felt that spark that made me so happy to be kissing him I smiled in the kiss. The kiss lasted a couple a minutes and we pulled away Does that answer your question I grinned at him. I knew you were smiling in the kiss he said smirking . Hehe is all I said. Yes what are you gonna do about it grasshead I teased.We should really get back to ghost hunting I thought. He looked at me and said I'll do this he then pulled me into him capturing my lips in his. Oh well I don't care about ghost hunting anyways hope the others are getting some progress I thought before getting lost in the kiss. We pulled apart I love you May he said smiling at me an actual smile not a smirk. He made my heart melt I love you too Drew I said smiling back to him. Now back to work. Yes captain May he replied. Oh he got me good there I thought. Whatever and like that we went back to looking at the papers I found earlier before getting distracted a very wonderful distraction I may add as I thought this to myself and started smiling like an idiot.
Third Pov
Drew just looked confused at his beautiful brunette girlfriend he then got lost in his own thoughts about how much he cares about her as much as she did for him. He adores her.
