Chapter 1: Where it all started

3rd Person's PoV

The Emperial Corporation is one of the most famous company in the whole world. Kilala ang companyang ito dahil sa mga epektibong gamot na nalikha nila. Hindi lang mga gamot ang products na sikat sa kanila, tinatangkilik din ng mga tao ang mga makabagong teknolohiya na gawa nila tulad ng mga high tech na gadgets, computers, at iba pa. Ang main headquarters nito ay matatagpuan sa Miami, Florida kung saan maraming mga sikat na scientists doon na hanggang ngayon ay patuloy parin sa pananaliksik upang makadiskubre na naman ng mga new products and inventions na magpapanatili ng kasikatan ng Emperial Corporation.

One day, Mr. Ivan Smith, a well known Scientist discovered a rare virus. Pinangalanan niya itong Virus-X. Para sa kanya, kakaiba ang virus na ito and because of his curiosity, he decided to conduct a research testing the Virus-X. He also make a chemical that will serve as an antidote, he named it Chemical-Y.

"Mr. Smith, can we start the experiment?" tanong ng isang scientist kay Mr. Smith. Ngayon ang nakatakdang araw ng kanilang pag eexperimento tungkol sa Virus-X.

"Okay. Tell the others to proceed to the laboratory room now!" He said full of authority.

The scientists start the experiment. They make the rat as their subject.

"Give me the Virus-X." Mr. Smith said. Agad naman itong inabot ng isang scientist sa kanya.

Mr. Smith injected the Virus-X to the Rat. Unti-unting naghina ang daga at makalipas ang ilang minuto, bigla na lamang itong namatay.

"W-what happened? Why did the rat died? Give me the Chemical-Y." Mr. Smith said while panicking. He immediately injected the chemical-Y. After they inject it and waited for a few minutes, nothing happened.

"We failed." bakas sa tono ni Mr. Smith ang lungkot at ang pagkadismaya.

"Mr. Smith, how can we explain it to Mr. Scott?" tanong ng isang scientist. Bakas sa mukha nito ang matinding takot, pati na rin ang ibang mga scientists na kasama nila ay hindi rin maitago ang takot sa mukha nila.

"No need to worry about this. I'll be the one to explain this to him." pagkasabi niya nito ay agad siyang lumabas sa laboratory room at nagtungo sa office ni Mr. Shannon Scott, ang may ari ng Emperial Corporation. Kaya takot ang mga kasamahan niyang scientists ay dahil isang mali mo lang, sisante ka na agad. Hindi man halata ay kinakabahan na talaga si Mr. Smith lalo na at malaki pa naman ang tiwala sa kanya ni Mr. Scott.

"How's the experiment?" yan agad ang bumungad na tanong sa kanya galing kay Mr. Scott.

"Sir... I'm s-sorry. We did our best but we f-failed." nauutal niyang sabi habang nakayuko.

"WHAT?!!" galit na sigaw ni Mr. Scott.

"I'm so disappointed to you Ivan! You're a failure in this company! I trusted you because I thought that your research will be successful, but I was WRONG! You broke my trust Ivan! I only wasted my money for that STUPID research of yours!" galit na sabi ni Mr. Scott kay Mr Smith.

"I'm r-really sorry S-sir. But Sir believe me, I only failed in making the antidote. I really want to continue my research. Sir I'll assure you, I will never failed again. I'll work hard to get the perfect ingredients of the antidote." Sabi ni Mr. Smith.
