Ever since that GreyOak child has shown up, we've been getting more assassins, thugs, and mafia after miladies. Just yesterday my arm was almost chopped up because of a crazy man on drugs with a chainsaw.
I drew my long hair in a dark blue bow as I put on my suit with my boots. I huffed out as the breath in front of me was visible. I snapped my fingers as all the candles and the mantel were lit. "There we go. A little warmer then before."
I felt a presence as I spun around.
-------------
"Mofe?" My sluggish voice murmured out from under the warm covers, laying by my sister as no reply echoed. I sat up, noticing that the morning tea had not been set out nor have the curtains been opened. I rang a bell as Hiromi walked in.
"Hiromi? Where is Mofe?" She squirmed as I barked, while Faye woke up to my voice. "Answer me, Hiromi. Where is Mofe?" She cowered as she twirled her foot as she twiddled her fingers. "Well, my master....It seems...she disappeared..."
"Mofe has what?!"
--------
Woozy, drugged, and blind. That's what I felt like right now... A cold barrel of a gun was slunk right against my temple as I growled. " The demon's awake, master." A low, smooth voice said as it was the closest to me.
"Good." The voice was disguised. I felt like I knew exactly who it was but, at the same time, I didn't. "I'm guessing you want something from me?" I snapped out to whoever was in front of me, as they chuckled. "Ah. The new upcoming demon, Mofe McManus. Or should I say, Mofe Michaelis. You've grown so awfully close to that demon Michaelis it sickens me."
"Bite me then." I hissed, lashing out towards them as I heard the gun click even while I was chained and cemented to this chair. "I know him by choice, so it's not my fault if I know a second-rate demon." I seethed through my teeth as I sat back, hearing the gun set back slightly.
"Awwww, little demon thinks she knows soo much. Just cause you were raised in the Grim Reaper Society and your father was a little more then just powerful in hell doesn't mean your a god or anything." I froze, rigid, as I glared right through the blindfold.
"How did you know about my father, the devil?"
--------
"Ahh, Valorie. How nice to get a c-"
"Mofe's disappeared."
"....That's....terribly bad. We'll be over in a second. Have to finish some business first." He leaned away from the phone as we heard a distinct, "Sebastian! Hurry up over there! Your lady has gone missing." As we hung up, Faye was pacing nervously around the room with her hair sloppily thrown up in a bun and her clothes untucked while she bit on her thumb.
I walked up to her calmly as I gently took her hand away from her mouth and caressed it. "It's ok Faye. Mofe had gotten some pretty strong contacts to have so we could most likely handle this in this kind of situation. Besides, we have to get cleaned up too. Just look at you!" She chuckled nervously as I lightened her nerves while she became self-conscious, blushing.
"Ah, y-yes.. I might think so sister. But your not that good right now either." I laughed heartedly as I pat her shoulder. "Your quite right. Let's have our looks cleaned up."
-------------
"Ah! So I was correct after all. See that Daimon? Your inquiry was right after all. You won't get punished this time." "Thank you for your consideration master, but I love your punishments."
"Shut up! I'll have you lashed at later. For now, let's talk to Miss Mofe here." "Wouldn't talking be so much better without these chains?" I growled as the man behind me slapped my cheek. "Don't talk to my master that way!" "Daimon, no. She's right. It's so much easier to talk without chains."
