Justin's POV;

Selena and I are riding bikes around the neighborhood. We turn our heads as we see a police car honking at us.
"Hey Franco," I shout.
"What up Bieber," he says with a smile.
"Just riding bikes," I say.
"What's your name?" he asks Selena.
"Selena," she says.
"I haven't seen you around before, are you new here?" he asks her. She nods her head.
"I moved here a couple weeks ago," she says.
"We should get going," I say. "Okay, I'll see you around," he says before he drives off.
"How do you know him?" Selena asks me.
"I've know James my whole life. He's like my older brother," I tell her. She nods her head and we ride our bikes back to my house.

Selena's POV;

We walk into the kitchen in Justin's house. I can smell the dinner from the moment we step in the room. Justin holds my hand. "What are you making for dinner?" he asks Pattie.
"Pasta," she says as she steers it in a pot. The dinner goes well and Pattie and I get along perfectly. That night, I get a call from Ashley, asking me if I can go to the mall tomorrow.

I change into http://www.polyvore.com/selenas_mall_outfit_forever_gone/set?id=78414376 and wait for Ashley to pick me up. Ashley picks me up in her mini van. People don't have much here. The mall is small and has cheap stores. We arrive at the mall and meet up with three other girls.
"Everyone, this is Selena," Ashley says as she introduces me to the group.
"I'm Demi" a girl with brown hair says.
"Caitlin," a long haired brunette says.
"and I'm Vanessa," a girl with blonde hair that looks to be dyed. We go into all the stores the mall has and buy as much as we can afford, which isn't much. I tell the girls about myself and they tell me about themselves.

Vanessa moved here when she was three years old. She's known Ashley ever since preschool. Demi has a sister in middle school and her parents are divorced. Her dad left her mom when she was young and she hasn't seen him since. She wants to be a singer when she grows up. She even writes her own songs. And Caitlin has a brother who is a freshman in high school. Last year, Caitlin and Justin dated for a few months then broke up and decided to just be friends. Her parents are still together and she's lived here her whole life.

I walk into my house and see my mom making dinner.
"How was the mall?" Olivia asks. "Good," she says.
"You can invite your friends over anytime if you want," my mom suggests.
"Okay, I'll invite Ashley over tomorrow," she says. I hear a knock on the door and I go answer it. Justin stands outside.
"Hey, what are you doing here?" I ask him. He gives me a quick kiss. "I just wanted to see you," he says.
"You're so sweet, come inside," I tell him. He steps inside and looks around.

Josh sits on the couch watching football. Justin goes over to him and sits next to him.
"Who are you rooting for?" he asks him.
"The Dallas cowboys," he says.
"I like Michigan State," Justin says. They talk football for a while and soon the talk turns into more casual stuff like school. Justin makes a few jokes and Josh is smiling. Justin then sees Monica over in the corner. He goes over to her.
"I'm Justin," he says to her.
"I'm Monica," she says. He talks to her and plays with her. He makes her laugh and smile. Olivia sits in the kitchen reading a book. I sit next to her. She looks up at me. "He's such a natural," she says. "Yeah, he's great," I say.
"He's a keeper," she says.
