Annie and harry

Chapter 6

Still Annie POV

I woke up the next morning to hear my phone alarm going off, so I went I got up and went to the night stand to turn it off. So I wouldn't wake Harry, I look for at Harry and am happy to see that he is still asleep. When he is asleep he looks so peaceful, he hair was in all different directions. I look over at the clock and notice that it is all most time for me to get ready for work, so kiss Harry on the forehead and go into the bathroom to get ready.

I get out of the shower and start to get dressed, as I am getting dressed I notice that Harry is talking to someone. I leave the bathroom to find him sitting on the side of the bed talking to someone on the phone, I start to walk out and clear my throat. He turns around and sees me, he smiles and tell the other person the phone that he has to go. He comes over to me and kiss my lips.

"Good morning love." he says

"Good morning who was on the phone?"

"It was just my father he wants to talk to me about something."

"Oh ok, do you have some time for breakfast?'

"Ummm sure, it will have to be quick though. "

"ok we can have cereal."

I went downstairs and Harry went into the bathroom to get ready. When I get downstairs I pull out two bowls and some cereal, I wasn't sure what kind he likes so I grab a couple of boxes so he has some options. Within just a few minutes Harry comes downstairs and gives me a kiss than he goes to sit down at the table. We sit and talk for a few minutes and he asked me if I wanted to go to a Rugby match with him on Friday, and told him yes. I looked up at the clock and told him that I needed to go, and he told me that he has to go as well.

We leave and go to our separate cars, I got in and drove to work. It didn't take me long to get to work, I went into work and Sarah asked to see me in her office.

"Hey, Annie I am going to put you on a new case and I am going to put you with Amanda. I like how you too work together, I am hoping to put you too on more cases together. " Sarah says

"Thank you Sarah, and I love working with Amanda too. Does Amanda know that we are working together? "

"Yes she does I have already told her, she has all of the information. " Sarah explains. I told Sarah thank you again and decide to Amanda office. I walked down the hall and in her office to see her sitting at her desk looking at the files.

"Hey , Amanda are you ready to go ?"

"yes I am, I am excited to be working with you, it is nice to have a someone I am close with working with me on a case ."

Amanda fills me in on some of the information that is on the case. After we decide to take Amanda car to the client's house. When we got into the car Amanda started to put the address into her GPS, once that was done we were on our way. On the way we decided that it would be a good idea for the two of us and Stacie to go out this weekend.

"So does Friday work for you?" Amanda asked

"Umm not really I have plans with someone." I told her not sure if it is the right time to tell her about Harry

"Ooo ok how about Saturday?"

"yeah that works."

"ok I will ask Stacie ,to see if that works for her." she says

There was a moment of silence and I could see that she was trying to figure out who I was going out with on Friday, and I knew that in just a matter of time she would guess that it is Harry.

"Are you going out with Harry on Friday?" she asked with a smile

I knew that I couldn't keep it a secret any longer. "Yes I am, and you can't tell anyone this but I am also dating him."

We finally pulled up to the place when I told her the news, she just sat there in silence and I couldn't tell what she was thinking.

"I knew it! You guys are perfect for each other. " she says

She wanted to know the story, but we had to go into the house so I told her that I would tell her and Stacie on Saturday when we went out. We went into the client's house for a half an hour, it was lunch time for us so we decided to grab something to eat at the café near our work. When we got to the café I turned my phone off silence and it was than when I noticed all of the missed calls from Harry, I was getting ready to call him back when I saw a magazine on new stand wrack outside of the café, and it has my picture and Harry picture on it.

Amanda was behind me and picked up the magazine and bought it so we could read it, it felt so weird for me to see my face on the cover of a magazine. I mean I knew that they were going to find out eventually, but I didn't think this quickly.

"Well I guess news travels fast." Amanda says

"This must be what Harry was trying to call me about."

We sat down at a table and got some food and I took the magazine from Amanda and started to read it. It was basically them trying to figure out who I am.

I decided to call Harry and he answer at the second ring, "Hey, Annie I have been trying to get hold of you, there is something that I want to tell you."

" yeah I know, I was on a new case with Amanda and my phone was on silent. Listen I want to tell you that I know about the magazine article."

"Annie I am so sorry about this, I didn't think that this was going to happen this fast. If you don't want to go out with my anymore i will understand, and may I ask how you found out so fast?"

"I was with Annie at lunch, and I would never end things with you because of some article. I like you too much."

" I love you too, but I have seen what these articles do to the people i love, they said horrible things about my mom, and about Kate too and I don't want that to happen to you. Will and I want to keep you and Kate safe."

"Don't worry Harry thay can whatever they want about me, i am a confident person. I like who I am and I am not going to change for anyone." I say

"Ooo Annie that is one of many things I love about you, you don' let people's comments get too you." I could hear the smile in his voice

I said good bye to Harry and told him that I would call him later, and I finish my lunch with Amanda. Little did I know that in a couple of weeks there would be a article that would make me not so confident in my self.
