December 14th
"Wait so you actually quit?" Is the first thing asked by Dylan when I come downstairs to shove my face with food before heading to day one of the final week of filming.
"Well I wouldn't say quitting. More like taking a temporary break for 2-3 months." I say shoving my face with waffles.
"So basically you're just taking a temporary break from your 3million+ subscribers and leaving them for 2-3 months while you relax?" Tyler says walking up behind me. I forgot he spent the night.
"So? What's wrong with that? I just need a break" I answer quietly.
"But this is LA Evelyn. Ok? People take innocent things and make them terrible or blow them out of proportion." Dylan says with a kind smile. My eyebrows furrow. Surely he's kidding. Right? I mean I thank my fans for everything. What's so wrong with taking a break! I need one. I have been working my butt off for 3 years! Everyone needs a break. One direction is on a break for a year after working non stop for 5 years. I deserve this. Don't I? My head is spinning once again.
"Just please don't get upset if people put hate comments or hate mail." Dylan says kindly
"And if you do ignore them. They're not important if they take time from their day to hate on a 14 year old girl" Tyler adds. I smile and nod.
"Well should we get goin?" I ask walking to dylans car.
"Probably." Dylan says laughing.
"I'll meet you 2 there. See ya soon" Tyler says walking to his motorcycle.
~~10 minutes later~~~~
I walk up to holland and Shelley who seem to be talking about who's dog is cuter. (Both dogs are adorable btw)
"Hey Evelyn" holland says smiling.
"Hi holland. Hi Shelley" I say quietly.
"Why do you sound like somethings wrong?" Shelley asks
"Cuz something IS wrong" I say whining.
"Oooo tell us" holland says.
I tell them all about my video and leaving the fans and how Tyler and Dylan said there's a chance my fans will hate me and call me a user.
"Oh kid. Sounds tough" Shelley tells me
"But don't feel bad. You deserve the break. You've been through so much this year. Your 14 and you were thrown onto a set working with adults and whatever Tyler and Dylan are, your friend passed away, you hit 3 million subs on YouTube. You deserve this." Holland adds.
"Thanks guys. I'm sure it won't be to bad. What's the worst that could happen?" I ask. The shake their heads and smile. And we walk to set.
"Hello everyone! This is our second to last week for filming season 6! Jeff yells. Everyone cheers but also a couple of peopel are heard booing
"Let's work hard. And have fun so we can all go on Christmas or kwanza or Hanukkah break. And when we come back we work even harder and have a great last week" Jeff says again. We all head to where ever we need to go. Luckily I have hair and makeup first so I find Nicole to begin. Since Caleb has winter break, he came with. I see him and hug him. Dylan has finally let us date. I tell Caleb about the YouTube thing and he understands. Thankfully. He really is great.
"So what do you wanna do for your birthday in 2 days?" Caleb asks me.
"Omg I almost forgot. I've been so busy. Um not sure. Mainly just wanna spend it with the cast and my family. And you of course" I say the last part quietly. He smiles and leans into my ear.
" I have a feeling of what we can do" he pulls back and looks at me. I smile.
"Sounds great. Can't wait. My house or yours?" I ask.
"He thinks for a moment.
"Well my mom won't be home for a couple hours on Wednesday. So wanna corn to my house?" He asks
"Will it be ok?" I ask nervously. I don't wanna get caught. Dylan and my parents would hang it over me for my whole life.
"Promise" he says. Just then his mom walks in to do my makeup. I look at Caleb and put my finger to my lips. He smiles and nods.
Nicole begins my makeup. I'm still smiling of course. She finished my hair and makeup. I thank her and begin walking to wardrobe. I quickly get into Ellie Stilinski's outfit thing and walk to set. I run Ito Caleb again.
"You still haven't said anything have you?" I ask. I'm nervous he will say something and ruin the secret.
"I'm great at keeping secrets" he says laughing and smiling. Showing that bright white smile I fell for earlier this month.
"Yes you are" I say smiling back. This secret is huge. Like if anyone found out I could get teased by so many people. And Dylan would give me a 30 minute lecture on the importance of it.
