"Why her?!" I scream.

"Caleb, Caleb honey calm down. It wasn't Evelyn's. It was the old man next door." My moms words make my eyes widen.

"Are you sure?" I say sniffling tears. My mom nods. I smile and hug her. Thankyou.

Dylans pov

Well apparently I'm staying another night. Personally it's not my fault. I said that meat look suspicious. And then the nurse screamed when I puked it on her. Well not directly on her. But while I was bent over the trash can, she took a selfie with me. Bent over the garbage. Gagging. Fans are crazy. My mom walks in.
I smile.

"Glad to know one of my kids know what's happening." She laughs a smallish laugh.

"Why what's wrong with Evelyn?" I ask.

"Well she has a few broken bones, stitches, and some memory loss" my mom says quietly. She grabs my hand. She squeezes it tight.

"She's gonna be ok" I smile. I feel more mystery meat coming. I swallow it. Fearing if I get sicker my mom will worry about me and not focus on Evelyn. Who needs the attention way more then me at the moment.

"Are you ok?  Everything's been Evelyn. I haven't asked how you feel" she looked worried.

"I'm good. Just the ribs and arm." I force a smile. Actually my ribs, arm, throat, stomach and head all hurt. But it's ok. I'm good. My mom nods and walks out the room.
Yeah no I think and hunch over the garbage once again. I have to hide how bad I feel. I need to get back on set, and my parents and the doctors need to focus on Evelyn and her health.  Maybe tv will distract me. I find the remote an turn on the tv. The only shows on in a hospital are news and golf. Woo. News it is.

I turn off the channel. Evelyn! I need to see her. A nurse walks in.

"Um could I maybe see my sister?" I ask. Crap, my voice is husky and raspy.

"After a quick medical check to make sure you won't spread any more I'llness to Evelyn" she smiles. Well I won't be seeing her today I guess.

The nurse checks my temperature
"100.4. Sorry hon. Maybe when that fever gets down. Oh and we will be keeping you here overnight." She has a sorry face. She checks my throat and apparently I'm diagnose not only with broken ribs, and an broken arm, but I also have the flu- which I've had for a few days. Which I had no clue about.

About 20 minutes later my mom comes in.

"You'll be ok. Why didn't you say anything?" She asks

"Didn't wanna be a bother. You need to focus on Evelyn" I say quietly. Man my throat hurts.

"Oh honey. Never feel like a bother. Get some rest. Yell if you need anything" she smiles. And pushes the sweaty hair off my face. I force another smile.

"Thanks mom" i tell her. She nods and walks out of the room once again. And I'm alone. Again. Weirdly I fall asleep quickly. Thankyou for that.
