Brooklyn~

I wake up from my rest in the middle of the afternoon, which hasn't happened to me since becoming a vampire. At least not really, I look at Tristan, who is still 'sleeping'... I get off the bed and go downstairs. It's seriously cold, and for a vampire, it's hard to believe I can feel that.

"Dammit." I shiver slightly and go over to the radiator and turn it up, but it's been on the middle warmth since this morning... what the hell? What was that chill.

"Me."

I jump, turning to see the voice, a clocked figure stood in front of me, I frown. "How didn't I hear you coming?"

"I guess It's because being on the council prepares me for that."

I sigh. "If it's about last night, It was a huge mistake."

"You misunderstood. I'm on the were council." He grumbles.

I step back. "Were? What the--"

"I'm here to tell you one thing, and one thing only. I don't like vampires that much, but this wasn't something I could just not do." He says... at least I knew it's a werewolf and a he.

"What then?" I mumble.

"Leah."

I growl at him. "What about her?"

"She isn't to be trusted--"

"Of course! She's a backstabber!"

"Not that you fool." He roars, and then sighs. "She's half demon."

I laugh. "Sure, in the inside."

"Are you sure you want to pre-long this?" He murmurs.

"Not sure actually, I find this meeting smoothing."

"Shut it vampire."

"Okay, okay.. tell me what you mean about Leah."

"Leah isn't a normal vampire, somehow the maker is half demon, and the trait has carried on to her. She's not in the know of course, but she'll know soon."

I cross my arms. "How does a werewolf know about her?"

"That's not of your concern."

"I'm not going to be with Leah for a long while, so don't worry. I'm not going to trust her."

"You may think this is just news. But if she uses her demon half... then we're all in a big danger."

"I don't think Leah would do that." I say.

"Did you know Leah would rip that friendship apart? Or...?"

"Shut up Wolf, you don't have a key to that certain part of my affairs." I growl. "Step out."

"Just saying, it's things like these, that you have to think twice about, vampire." He says.

"You can go now." I say.

"Till we meet again, sadly." He says, and is out of the house in minutes.

I sigh and lean on the door frame, looking after the departing werewolf. Sure, he was right, doesn't mean I want him to know it. I close the door and go back to our bedroom, Tristan is awake this time, and leaning on the headboard? (Tell me that's right).

"Who was in the house?" He mumbles.

"A werewolf." I shrug, getting back into the bed. "He wanted to warn me about Leah.." I mumble strangely.

"Leah?"

"Leah is half demon..." I say, testing it out on my tongue.

"Well, that's new." He groans.

"I could believe it." I shrug.

He chuckles. "Funny."

I smile and curl up in his arms and feel the smooth feeling of being in his arms. "I guess that's something else to deal with?"

"Right after dealing with you sweetheart." He mumbles.

I shake my head, looking at him. "Don't worry about me."

"But it's impossible to not worry about you." He shifts a bit. "I will always worry for you, it's in my nature as a boyfriend." He says.

I laugh. "You're even charming in the afternoon!"

"I always am!" He chuckles, kissing my temple. "Go back to sleep now."

I nod. "Good idea..." I sigh and close my eyes.

"Good night, love."

"Goodnight." I sigh, kissing his chest once.

Tristan~

As soon as Brooklyn falls asleep, I unfold my arms and her from me and get out of the bed. I grab my leather jacket and race down the stairs, but honestly. It was quiet.

I drive my car to Leah's apartment and knock on it loudly, hopefully she hasn't rested, because a half demon and vampire wouldn't want to be woken up at this time. I know I wouldn't.

"Are you serious?" She opens the door wide, not happy.

"Leah, we need to talk." I cross my arms, "Now. Please, can I step in?"

"Sure.." She groans, letting me inside and I look around, it was clean... too clean. "So, what do you want?" She says.

"I need to know the truth." I say. "Why are you cutting your friendship with Brooklyn?" I frown. "It's not like you."

"It's perfectly my own mind, thank you very much." She crosses her arms. "Don't think someone is pushing it. It happens, okay?"

"Why?" I ask.

"Because, she's been different! She's changed."

"And that's why you're not going to be there for her? Because she's different!?" I say, shocked.

"Well, yeah.."

"So you're saying... that if you different from the rest, you wont fit in?" I ask her, annoyed at her selfishness.

"Tristan, stop making me look like the bad guy here, it's normal."

I shake my head at her. "It's not even half normal, it's not normal to decide that person doesn't deserve your friendship because their different. That's bulling!" She rolls her eyes... she is half demon after all. "Fuck you Leah, who was always there for you?" I ask her.

She sighs. "That doesn't matter."

"Of course, not for you." I say. "Oh, and tell Warren he's being sent home." I growl. "It's time he departed."

She widens her eyes. "What!?"

"He doesn't belong in this world Leah, he's Fae. They belong in one place, and one place only... there land." I spit out. "Like you belong in hell!" I force out bitterly and become a blur and run towards my car.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
'Don't bully or push out a person who is different than everybody else. You don't know what their life might be like, and you either know it or not.... but they're trying so damn hard to be your friend, or be in your group...
Let them become at least something for you, and make their day... If your a person who is pushing someone out because their different, sorry but.. fuck you.'
A little message in the chapter, which is something that should be done often. There are people in the world that are forced to be different, even if just a little bit, and are lonely on the inside, and fake smiles because the people who you once called a friend, isn't&aren't one.
Love you guys. <3
