Saeran Choi💮
Right after Jumin Han's wedding, they each had gone on their way. Saeran, on the other hand, decided to stop by the park. He didn't know why. He just wanted to sit there on one of the stone benches. He leans back and looks up at the sky. His eyes melted as a kind smile crossed his face--the blue sky.
"Waaaaaah!! No! Don't run awaaay! Waaaait!!!"
His calm atmosphere was soon ruined by a girl who was running after a cat with such a loud voice. He groaned, a bit irritated, and he looked away as he pushed himself up to leave. Just as he turned around and started walking, he felt something sharp on his leg climb all the way up to his back. He jumped and looked over his shoulder but couldn't find anything. "Wha-What's behind me!?" he asked--well, no one else but himself.
"Ah! Kitty!!" there was that girl again and she was jogging up to where he was.
Saeran's brows pulled together. Did she call him kitty or... His mint eyes grew wide as he tried to reach his shoulder blade and yes, there was a ball of fur. He immediately grabbed it and as he pulled, he heard his shirt rip so he let go of the cat, "Take it off of me!"
The girl giggled as she got near and gently removed the cat's firm grip on his shirt. The cat purred and jumped on her head as it coiled, wrapping itself with its tail and fell asleep. She put her hands behind her and smiled brightly at him, "Hello! I am so sorry about Kitty here!"
Saeran only arched a brow. He turned on his heel and awkwardly started to walk away. He was never really good about making conversations. Afterall, it had not been too long since he decided to forgive his twin brother.
"No! Wait a sec!" his wandering mind came to a halt when she grabbed him by the arm, making him spin around to face her. She leaned and pointed herself, the bright smile still on her face, "My name is (Y/N)! What about you?"
He blinked--unable to formulate a specific theory about this girl. "Saeran..." he muttered with a blank face.
Her eyes grew wide as he saw it sparkle--did he? Was that an illusion? Can eyes even sparkle? "Oooh!!" she squealed. "Your name sounds nice! And I like the color of your hair, too! And your eyes~ wow! Mint! Maybe I should call you Minty. What do you think?"
Saeran thought, if this girl was a code to decipher I would gladly pass it on to Saeyoung. She said too many words he was unsure whether he understood her or not. Minty? His name wasn't something as lame as that. Why would she decide on a name for him? "I'm not a cat."
She tilted her head to the side, "Hm? I didn't say you were..." then she grinned. "Anyway! It was nice meeting you, Saeran! Let's meet again, okay?" She grinned, patting his back before she skipped away, humming to herself.
Saeran was left there, speechless. He was blinking, his face the very look of confusion. He shook his head as he rubbed the back of his neck and slid his other hand in the pocket of his jeans.
He had no idea what just took place. Just somehow felt as if he had been looking at the sun the entire time until she left.
He looked up at the sky again, squinting his eyes a bit as the sun's ray hit his pupils, making them smaller. A smile crept into his face once more.
Maybe they'll meet again.
Surely.
A/N: HELLO! I know it took sooo long before I could update and when I did it's this boring. But worry not! I shall not disappoint you and that is a promise! Thank you so much for supporting me up until now \(^ ○ ^)
