This train ride was too long. I hated being alone with my thoughts yuck. Too many feelings and thinking about stuff, I prefer to act impulsively. Although, I couldn't help but wonder what they were all up to now.

Lydia was probably some genius who owns a bajillion companies that are exceptionally exceptional and has a supermodel boyfriend who is just as rich. Scott is probably a big shot good guy, the Prince Harry or the Fred Hollows of the American world and has saved too many lives to count. Kira is definitely somewhere fighting crime. Most likely with her mum bashing up evil spirits and stuff. Stiles will be... uh I don't know what Stiles is doing now. Probably locked up in a cell because he pissed someone off. Or in a hospital bed. This thought makes me laugh and eases the pain of knowing they're all off living amazingly successful lives and I have barely gotten off my couch this last week besides to work out.

The train pulled to a stop at the Beacon Hills Station and I got off as quickly as possible, glad to occupy my mind with less depressing thoughts.

But as soon as I did, I wished I'd taken just a little longer.

"Malia, what a nice surprise? How was your summer, enjoy killing off almost my entire pack and family? Speaking of family, how is your mother?" The man growled, his eyes turning red for only a slight second. This made me roll my eyes, he was such an overkill sometimes honestly. All he wanted to do was show off, and when he wasn't doing dumb stuff to impress pretty girls; he was a reasonably good fighter. If he wasn't such a j*ckass, I would have him in my pack.

"You guys came into our territory. You would have done the same thing if it was us, Atticus. And leave my mother out of this."

"Oh right right, I forgot how you betrayed her and created a pack of your own, which you now go around in an attempt to stop the baddies. Which, more often than not, includes her. Silly me, how could I forget?" I rolled my eyes again at his smugness.

"Wander too far south again Atticus, and you'll be hanging from a tree with them." I smiled tightly back at him and stalked off proudly. He was always such a drama queen; honestly all I did was protect my pack. Yes, that may have resulted in a few deaths, maybe 50? Give or take a few, but that was really out of my control. I'm just joking, very few actually died, majority were... severely injured. I wonder why he is in Beacon Hills, especially at the train station.... that's very suspicious. See, I knew spending too much time alone with my thoughts was a bad idea! Now I'm all paranoid.

I walked off into the woods along the train track, admiring the woods and the tracks that many walkers before me had made. I had to stay hidden; I need to avoid my mother discovering that I'm in town. If Atticus is here, she probably is too and I'm really not in the mood for another "battle", as she calls it. To be honest, it really isn't much of a challenge with her.

As the park came into view, I began to tense up. Who knew what they would think of me? Can't tell them of what I do, but I don't want them to think I'm a failure. I could make up a story? But I'm such a bad liar! Oh boy, this is going to be on lonnggg afternoon.
