Chapter-8

Bruno's POV;

I pulled up at the driveway and got inside my house. G ran to me cuddling me and rolled in front of me. Aww he's so cute. I grabbed some chips and gave him. G, Geronimo is my dog. This is the first dog I ever had and I love him so much.


I grabbed a soft ball that G and I used to play with. I throw at him he caught it and bring it back to me. How smart he is.


After playing about an hour with him, I look at the clock. It's 4:00 pm. I quickly hopped into shower as my body is sweating playing with G. I need to look good, smell good when Evelyn come here. I stand under the shower and feeling the cold water hit my body. "Moonshine takes us to the star tonight....take us to the special place, " humming Moonshine


I got out of the shower and drying my messy hair with towel when I heard a beep sound. A message was sent to Evelyn's phone.

"Should I see the message?" I think to myself. Maybe I'll just take a look at it. I grabbed her ph and look at the message. It's from Sally. The one she talked on the ph this morning, I thought to myself.

The message~

"Hey Eve, how'd you doing? I'm sorry that I put you in this situation. How's the revenge going? I hope you can make a better decision. I want you to be happy Eve.

Ugh guess what? I'm home now. Think my holidays went very well. See you later!"

The message looks weird. What is the revenge?

Sally? What if...the Sally she's talking about is my ex? So the revenge.....

I'm very confused now. This morning when I was about to pick up her ph, she act really suspicious. There's something she's hiding from me....

I quickly put on my clothes and drove to Evelyn's house. My thoughts were everywhere. What if Evelyn's Sally is my ex Sally? Then she is getting a revenge from me? Her whole plan for making me fall for her is for revenge?

"No it can't be. She said she loves me."

"Don't over think Bruno." I shook off all the bad thoughts and focus on driving.

I looked at Evelyn's ph that I put it beside my seat.

I couldn't stop thinking though. It really hurts if those things are real.

I parked my car at her driveway and walked to her door hesitatingly. I pressed the bell after thinking for a while. I needed to confirmed and clear all my doubts.


I waited nervously then the door flew opened.

"You're so early. I thought you'll be late." Sally opened the door straightly not looking in front. She then looked up at me and her smile dropped. She looked surprise what she was seeing right now.

"Bruno?"

"Sally."

It's the only word that came out from my mouth. I wasn't expecting to see her. Yes. I came here to confirmed the message but this was not what I wanted.

Now I got it. I was being a part of Evelyn's and Sally's plan. I was being played. I was so stupid to fall in love with Evelyn in the first place.

Suddenly all of these thoughts were popping out of my head and anger started to grow.

"Bruno wait! Bruno!" I heard Sally says.

I dropped Evelyn's ph on the floor and walked back to my car didn't have any desire to look back. All I wanted to do right now is wanting to run away from here. Tears streaming down on my cheek but I don't know they were tears from anger or sadness.

I gave her all my love and she took a good use of it just to break my heart into pieces. I thought she was the one, the love of my life. But all I got back was the revenge.....

I parked at a club and got drunk hoping the pain that I'm feeling would go away but it doesn't. I am so helpless and feel like I'm lost.

I was just dancing around grinding hard and flirting with every girl on the dance floor.

I didn't really care what was happening right now until I tripped myself and bumped into someone.

"Bruno?"

I looked up and saw a familiar face,

"Jessica", one of my exes.

"Are you okay?" She asked me with a concern.

"Hi Jess." I forced myself to a smile.

"Let's dance!" I hold her tight and started to grind her placing my lips on her neck.

She moaned and then I placed my lips against hers. We were kissing like we've been fighting for food. The rough kisses always lead to something, lust...


I pulled up at my house. We made our way to the front door never breaking the kiss.

Then I heard the door flew opened.

"Bruno?"

It really hurt hearing her voice. Just like her voice is stabbing my heart.

I looked at her blankly trying to keep myself from tears.

"Evelyn, I don't want to see you anymore. Go back to your place. Good bye."

I told her and took Jessica inside the house and closed the door behind.

I leaned against the door closing my eyes. I don't know telling her these words actually hurt me. I hate her but what is this pain inside me mean anyway?

I suddenly got up and about to open the door. My hand was on the knob but a thought floats inside my mind.

"She is here to break your heart Bruno. She used you. She don't deserve your love."

I stepped back and just walked to the couch sitting, looking down and rubbing the back of my neck with my hand.

"So she is the one who made you like a really mess at the club." Jessica spoke up. That's when I realize she's here.

She sat next to me and hugged me tight. I didn't refuse that. This is what I need. I need someone to hold me right now.


Finally! How do you think? I was so busy to update this earlier. I hope you like it coz I rushed the story. I hope there won't be so many grammar mistakes, lol.
