Epilogue

Bruno's POV;

Spring, must say my favorite season of the whole year. I walk along the sidewalk to where I've planned to meet someone. I haven't seen her for almost one year. Time flies very fast, I look up the sky seeing a flock of birds flying into the cloud which covered the sun shading a glow of the beam directly onto my face. Call me corny or gay, I love that feeling. It's so relaxing, walking under the evening sunset. I would always sit on a cliff and play my guitar when I was a high school boy, enjoying the sea, sunset and the sound of the waves, fresh salty wind.

I stop walking as I reach my destination. I slowly walk up to their driveway checking a piece of paper in my hand, is that the correct address? Yes it is. I press the call bell and wait for someone to answer. Not so long I hear some shuffling noise from inside, and the door open. As the door open I look around the house from the doorway, nobody is here. My gaze finally land upon a little girl who's about 2 feet tall with a cute pink dress, her hair in a little braids. She has this cute dimples and a bright green eyes and two front teeth missing when she smiles.

"Hey! You must be Lila!" I greet to the cute chimp. She stare at me with awe and excitement lingered on her face. She looks a lot like her mom.

"I know who you are, you're Bruno Mars" she says still staring at me with wide eyes.

"Yeah you're right sweetheart! Is your mom at home?" I ask her and she nods yes.

"Mom!" She calls for her mom. I glance behind her and hear some footsteps from upstairs.

"How do you know my mom?" She speaks again tugging my lower jacket to get my attention. I smile at her cuteness. I squat down a little to be at the same level with her, "umm how can I say? I used to date your mom?" She gasps at my mention, I give her a cocky smile flashing my dimples on queue.

"Peter!"

"Hey!" I look up at the voice and before I can stand up fully she runs to me and gives me a bone crushing hug.

"OMG look at you, you look great!how are you doing?" She greets me after breaking from the hug.

"Thanks! You too. I'm doing really great. Umm more than great, " I reply her.

"Good! Now I feel less guilty dumping you. Oh tell me what brings you here"

"Ugh really! Don't sweat about it, I must say thank you for that. Because this." I hand her an envelop, her eye brow raises and look at me, I gesture her to open it.

"Uhh OMG! Oh my fking god! Congratulation!!" She gives me another bone breaking hug.

"You coming right? Bring your whole family."

"Of course I must! It's my best friend's wedding!"

"Mom?" We both look down at the little girl again.

"Ugh I forgot. Bruno this is my daughter Lila. And Lila this is uncle Bruno, do you remember mom once talked about my childhood friend, Peter? This is him." She introduces us.

"Nice to meet you, Bruno Mars!" She greets brightly.

"Nice to meet you too sweetheart and call me uncle Bruno." I wink at her.

"Um mom why is uncle Bruno talking he used to date you?" Her little voice ask and I quickly cover her mouth but she've already said the whole sentence.

"Bruno! You and your cocky ass!" Jess gives me a glare. I give her my famous smirk and we both burst out laughing again.

"Well I better be get going now. See you at the wedding Jess."
