Mangled MudWings have been turning up all over Pyhrria and the inhabitants are scared. Ten murders in ten weeks, all committed with talons, and still nobody has a clue who the peculiar killer is.
Clay The big The Mudwing is a Large and caring Dragonet of Destiney with a fondness for Food. He doesn't know it yet but he is the only one who can stop the thoughtless killer.
When his lover, Peril The Skywing, is kidnapped, Clay The Mudwing finds himself thrown into the centre of the investigation. His only clue is a small lizard.
He enlists the help of an optimistic Another Dragonet of Destiny called Sunny The Sandwing.
Can The Sandwing help The Mudwing overcome his Food addiction and find the answers before the clumsy killer and his deadly talons strike again?
