-3rd POV-
You thought that you were catching feelings. You were sure of it.
And boy, you did.
You didn't know if you were feeling empathy.
You remember what you told Ciel the night before.
"Hold on, remember why you said this was the last time?"
Ciel didn't react, but continued what his first intention was. Like all the other nights, was to pleasure both you and him.
"Let die to let live." You heard him mumble, as he undressed you. You snapped out of your thoughts from the previous night, and sighed.
The days continued, and your feelings for Ciel grew little by little.
The day came, you could finally accept that you were in love with him.
That guy took your heart, and you don't want it back, no bulletproof restart.
It broke your heart to see Elizabeth around Ciel.
You knew Ciel would never return your feelings, but the least he could do was stop the affair before you both do something you will regret.
Ciel seemed happy around Elizabeth, cracking smiles at times.
You then walked towards the staircase, about to dust the railings.
"CIELLLLL~!" You heard someone scream, as you covered your ears. "Speak of the devil." You mumbled, as Sebastian chuckled beside you.
A whiz of blonde hair and a frilly dress went past you, and into Ciel's study it went. "I'll go get the tea, go bring up the snacks." Sebastian ordered, walking towards the kitchen.
You nodded, holding the plate of treats and walked up the stairs.
Knocking twice, you heard a soft "Enter!" and walked in.
To your surprise, you saw a scene you didn't ever want to see.
Elizabeth and Ciel, their lips pressed together. Ciel seeming to enjoy it as he had is arms wrapped around her waist. With wide eyes, you stared at them.
Quickly regaining your posture, you coughed. They broke apart, faces red.
You faked a giggle and a smile and placed the sweets on the desk.
"Sebastian will be coming in with the tea." You informed them and nearly ran out of the study and rushed to your room.
By the time you reached your bed, hot tears were streaming down your cheeks.
You laid on your bed, and started to sob.
Minutes passed and you calmed down.
"There's no point, you knew how it would turn out." You said to yourself.
Feeling better, you knew that you shouldn't stay here any longer. You would be distracted, and you would be a distraction.
Packing up a few dresses and necessities along with money, you placed them in a small suitcase.
The clock struck twelve, and you knew it was your cue.
At this time, Sebastian would be out due to command, Ciel would be finishing paperwork and the rest would be asleep.
Casually jumping out the window, you landed on the soft grass of the garden.
Taking a deep breath, you knew what to do.
Creeping out of the manor through the garden, you ran. You ran as far as you could.
You managed to reach the outskirts of town and panted.
But then something happened.
Falling from hitting something, you felt everything go black.
--------------------
Ciel walked towards his room, knowing that there will be a goddess waiting for him.
Ciel lied the night before.
To him, the affair wasn't just only the sex.
To him, it was time he used to cherish a girl called (Y/N), whom he knew he had caught feelings for somehow.
He opened the door to his room, knowing Sebastian would be doing investigations for him and wouldn't be home until the following morning.
On his bed, there wasn't any goddess sitting on it.
Instead, there laid a note.
Written on it were nine words.
"I don't think we should be doing this anymore."
