~(Y/N)'s POV~

Ouch.

My head hurts..

Opening my eyes, I sat up in a rush.

"Where am I?" I mumbled, looking around.

My mind flashed to last night's events.

"Oh yeah." I muttered.

Surrounding me was a room full of white, and it seemed to be clean. Raising my right hand, I was met with the sight of a small white tube attached to it.

Eh?

My eyes followed up the long tube, and saw that it was attached to a plastic bag containing clear liquid.

Is that water?

The door flew open, and in walked a woman wearing quite ridiculous clothing. It was all white, the hat that sat on her head held a red circle with a white plus sign on it. She wore a white shirt with a white vest over it, the vest having red lines on the sides. Then she had a tube-like skirt on, and finally some black flats.

"Oh, I see you're awake." She said to me, smiling.

"Yeah, where am I?" I questioned, and pointed to my left hand.

She looked at me surprised, "You don't remember why you're here?"

I shook my head 'no' and questioned for the date.

"It's August 14th, 2015." She replied, as I looked at her in shock.

It isn't 1890? What happened?

"Where am I?" I asked once more, regaining myself.

"You're in a hospital, right in the outskirts of London." She happily replied, handing me a bag which I brought with me.

"T-thanks." I muttered, looking at her soft eyes.

Kind, mother-like.

A wave of pain washed over me, as memories of my mother flowed through my mind.

Shutting my eyes, I tried to clear my head.

"Mother, Master Ciel said I'm his best friend!" I giggled, running into her arms as she swung me around.

She laughed, such a graceful laugh just before breaking down into desperate coughs for air.

"M-mother!" I yelled, rushing for a nearby glass of water as she knelt on the floor, fist pressed against her chest.

Opening my eyes, there stood the nurse, peering into my eyes as she wiped my face with her hands.

"Hey dear, don't cry. It's gonna be alright." She cooed, giving me a smile as I was handed a glass of water.

"D-do you have any idea of how i ended up here?" I croaked out, my voice sounding hoarse.

"You don't remember, do you?" She said, glancing at me worriedly.

I nodded sideways, as my head started to throb.

"Ow." I mumbled, my hand going to the area as an instinct.

"Dearie, I suggest against doing that. You suffered quite a fall last night." The nurse replied.

"Fall..?" I questioned, as she nodded solemnly.

"Yeah. One of our doctors found you at the nearby hill as he was driving home. It looks like you fell from the top and rolled down." She replied.

"You know, you're very lucky dear. You had a huge gash on your head and it looked like you weren't gonna make it. But here you are, alive and strong." I glanced at her tag, "Joyce" , said.

I gave her a weak smile, trying to digest everything.

"T-thanks for everything Miss Joyce, please tell the staff who helped that too." I said, as the pounding pain in my head started to get worse.

"No worries dear, how about you get some rest?" Joyce said, handing me another glass of water and two little round-shaped things.

"What's that?" I questioned, pointing at the round-shaped items.

"Those are painkiller pills. All you have to do it put them in your mouth and swallow them with water." She smiled, doing hand-motions.

I nodded, not fully understanding.

"I gotta go check on the other patients. Just drink the pills and water whenever you feel like you can't handle the pain alright? If you need help, just press this  button." She motioned to a red button on a tube-box thing sitting on the desk next to me.

I gave her the best smile I could muster through the pain and waved goodbye as Joyce rushed out the room.

Looking at the clock on the desk that displayed the time and date, August 14th 2015, I started to ponder.

How the fuck did i end up in the future?
