A/N: sorry for the super long wait!

[ 3rd POV ]

Ciel snapped his head towards the butler. "We need more information." He said quickly, realising that his heart rate was increasing.

Sebastian put a hand on his Master's shoulder in a futile attempt to calm him down. "Young Master, please do not panic. I will get to the bottom of this." He replied.

Ciel shook his head rapidly and had a hand over his chest as he paid attention to his laboured breathing. "Sebastian, I do not know what to do if (Y/N) was ever to be targeted by those bloodsuckers." The poor man was on the verge of having a panic attack, (Y/N) running through his mind.

Pulling off his eyepatch in a swift motion, Ciel stared down at his butler.

"This is an order, Sebastian. Ensure (Y/N)'s safety until we can bring her back home."

The ravenette smirked, dropping down to his knees, he was more than pleased to protect his beloved.
"Yes, my lord."

(Y/N)'s stomach growled.

"I'm hungry? At this time?" She muttered, sitting up on her bed. Putting a hand to her stomach, she slapped it gently.

"Don't be hungry, please." She said to her stomach. Stretching her legs, she swung them off the edge of the bed and stood up.

The second she stood up, she felt herself be attacked with immense thirst.

Her eyes widened, realising the reason for the thirst.

"Not now!" She grumbled, pushing down the lump in her throat.

Dashing towards her closet, she grabbed a safe - tucked neatly behind her favourite dress.

The safe was incredibly small, roughly the size of a small A5 book.

Entering the passcode, (Y/N) rushed to pull out the contents in the safe.

She pulled out two white tablets, appearing similar in appearance to Panadol tablets.

Chucking them into her mouth, she swallowed as quickly as she could, despite it being uncomfortable for her.

Breathing heavily, she felt the thirst slowly subside.

It was gone, for now.

"Thank goodness." She muttered through heavy breaths, her panic slowly fading away.

Closing the safe gently, she pushed her favourite dress in front of it; covering the safe once more and closed the closet.

Looking at the time, she sighed quietly. It was only 3AM.

Guilt flooded her entire being, just less than an hour ago, she killed someone.

"Rebecca.." (Y/N) put a hand to her chest, and knelt on the floor, forcing her eyes to close as she took a deep breath.

"I'm so sorry.. I had no other choice." She said, and darted her eyes towards the wall.

Stuck to the wall was a photo of her and Rebecca from a few months ago at the beach.

Rebecca wore a red bikini, showing off her waistline as she wrapped her arm around (Y/N).

Standing up, she dug her hand into her pocket, pulling out a fine powder-like dust.

Walking over to her desk, she opened a small vial and poured the dust into it and secured it tightly with the cork lid.

Writing a name on a piece of paper, she stuck it onto the vial, and put it up onto a small shelf next to her desk.

"Rebecca Summers, loved by many." Was written, and there the tiny vial sat... Next to several others with their own respective names.

"Be at peace now Rebecca.. You were an amazing friend, thank you for everything. I hope you don't mind me keeping a bit of your ashes as a reminder of you. You can hang out with the others." (Y/N) said, smiling sadly as her eyes scanned over the other vials.

Another friend lost to the Vampires... I hope Ciel isn't next.  She thought worriedly.

"Sebastian wouldn't let anyone lay a hand on Ciel. I shouldn't worry." She shook her head, and walked off to her bathroom to take a shower.

Maybe the hot water would help her clear her mind for now.

It was later in the morning now, with (Y/N) pulling her sweater over her shoulders. Checking her phone, her eyes widened.

"7AM?! Shit.." (Y/N) grumbled, knowing that she was going to be late for her classes. Rushing out the door in record speed, she turned back to give a light kiss on her cat's forehead.

"Bye baby, see you in a bit." She said softly, as the cat mewed in response.
(Y/N) slipped on her shoes as fast as she could, and she was out of the door once more.
