I watched as Pierre sat tied to a chair, his head hanging, covering his face. Something fell from his face, landing on the floor with little impact. Pierre was about to die, he knew it, and he was crying.
"Action!" The Skeleton called from backstage somewhere, and the lights dimmed, only a spot light focused on Pierre's lonely figure.
A maniac laughing walked on from stage right, in his hands was something that looked really painful. Who was that dude? His face, it looked, oddly familiar.
Pierre lifted his head to see the other person on stage, I could see him shaking.
As the scientist, whatever he was, got closer, he clicked a button on the two pronged wand thing he held, grinning more than a person should, considering what was happening.
Pierre's lips moved, muttering something to the dude, who simply jabbed the ends into Pierre's chest, a current going through his body in reaction to this. His hair stood on end, and the room started to reek of charring flesh.
I coughed, dashing towards the door. Trying to reach a trash can before vomiting.
I managed to slide the key card into my door, and ran to the bathroom, upchucking instantly. Standing there, shaking from the cold, while still sweating.
Reeling back and flushing, I washed my face, drying off and turning when I heard a knock on my door.
"Who is it?" I called, not feeling like going to check.
"It's me," the feminine voice of Stella replied.
I sighed, throwing the towel that I had used on my face onto the bathroom counter, then heading to the door to let her in.
I opened the door, and saw Zayn standing behind her, a blade pressed to her throat, "wha--" I raised an eyebrow at him.
"She's dangerous, I need to kill her," Zayn said, his normally chill tone gone to a serious one.
"No don't, if you do that, then you'll become the murderer, Zayn."
"As long as she can't hurt you," he replied.
My eyes widened a bit at that comment. I think I had totally denied him the entire time he tried, but he was totally here trying to be a good person.
"Sage, I don't know what he's doing, please, make him stop," Stella pleaded to me.
I glanced down at the innocent looking girl. She was giving me these huge, watery eyes. How could she be a killer?
"Let her go," I growled to Zayn, who looked at me with surprise, "You heard me."
He held her for a few more seconds before letting Stella go, she fell onto the floor with a slight thump, "Thank you Sage," she smiled.
I nodded curtly to her before looking at Zayn with a killer glare, "what the heck?"
"What?" he replied, his tone angry.
"What were you doing?"
"She's guilty here!" Zayn called, raising his voice.
"Where's your proof?" I countered.
"I am innocent, and I'm assuming you are innocent, so that leaves her!"
"You think I'm guilty?" Stella glanced up at me, her innocent look still fully there.
I shook my head, staring at Zayn, my guard to the max.
"Sage, come one, please, let her go."
"Don't let me die, we're friends, Sage."
I looked back and forth between them, not knowing what I was supposed to do. We were all friends, weren't we?
"Sage, we need to get out of here, if we kill her, we can," Zayn said.
"I haven't done anything," Stella's innocent voice said in response to Zayn's saying.
"I.."
Stella stood up and gave me a hug, wrapping her arms around me, "Thank you for being such a good friend," she whispered in my ear.
"NO!" I heard Zayn's voice ring out, the next thirty seconds, I don't actually know what happened, one moment I was standing in Stella's arms, the next I was pushed down onto the bed, Zayn's bloody body laying on the floor with Stella straddling me.
"S-Stella?"
"You probably shoulda trusted him. He was telling the truth. Oh well, your loss, not mine," She grinned before leaning down, and kissing my cheek. A felt a cold, sharp pain rise from the bottom of my rib-cage.
She stood up, looking down at me, sighing. I managed to move my head enough to see the knife blade sticking from my chest. Right in-between the ribs.
I took a breath before a gagged, blood was probably in my lungs, which was definitely making breathing, *cough* hard.
The last thing I saw was the skeleton walking in, and removing the front part of his face, revealing the one I think killed Pierre, the Skeleton, was Cooper. He walked up to Stella, and kissed her passionately before smiling at me.
"C-Cooper....." I spluttered out before my world turned black, and I became lost in the void of death.
