Jealous?

She made me pass the night awake, the though of her annoyed at me didn't let me kip. But I wouldn't be the one to apologise, I don't even know the reason why she's mad. Maybe it was because I won the chess game, maybe I should have let her win, but probably she would have notice it and then be irked at me anyways. No, she can't be riled just because of a chess game it has to be something else.

She asked me if I didn't notice, but notice what?

Why do girls have to be so complicated anyways?

Can't she be more simple and go straight to the point, she has to tell me why she is mad at me, I know I did nothing wrong, at least if I did I don't remember. But I'm not gonna be the one talking to her first, I'm innocent as long as I'm concerned, I'm not gonna take the plunge.

I made my way to the breakfast room where Peter and Lucy were already

"Good morrow" Lucy happily greeted me

"Good morrow" I mumbled sitting myself

"you seem a tad gutted today, what happened?" Peter frowned

"Nothing you have to worry about" I rudely said

"Okay I was just asking" he shrugs innocently

"There has to be a reason for your bad temper today" Lucy smirked "is that because Vanessa's chatting up outside with other guy?"

What other guy? What guy? I know nothing about a guy? She's going out with a guy?

"What?" I frowned "what in hell are you talking about?"

"Vanessa's outside showing our guest the garden, he specifically required her to give him a guided tour throughout the castle" Peter smirked too

Oh right, king Joseph from the north of Acrysticland, I almost forgot he was meant to visit us for a business reunion, but why in bloody hell would he want Vanessa to give him a guided tour around the castle, there's probably someone who knows better the castle than she does, she's been here for less than a month.
Was he trying to get closer to her? Oh no, he can't do that. Well he can but I won't let that happen.

"Are you jealous?" Lucy asked

"Of course not"

"Oh then you won't mind if they dine on other room today will you?"

"Why would they dine on other room? Don't they have space in here?"

"Oh you are so jealous" Lucy chuckles

"No I'm not, they can dine wherever they want" I shrugged lying "but just for mere curiosity, why would he want to dine with her alone, it's not like I care just curious of course?" I asked pretending it didn't matter to me

"He wants to get to meet her" Peter shrugged

"Why?" I squinted my eyes

"Isn't it obvious, he fancies her" Lucy giggled

I started coughing astonished and got up from my sit "I just remembered I have some business to take care of , anyways I lost my appetite so I'll be going, I have to go help some men training and stuff like that" I excused myself as quickly as I could 

I made my way to the stables to go talk with Phillip to free my anger, when suddenly I heard some giggles coming from one of the gardens. That giggle was familiar...Vanessa, doutlessly. She must be laughing about something that bugger said.

I followed the giggles, no way I'm gonna let her fall in love with that wanker.
