When my eyes opened lazily the first thing I saw was the green fabric of the canopy, I groaned as what I was hit me again like a ton of bricks and if I was completely honest with myself I didn't want to get up, I wanted to stay in bed all day.

"God dammit" I mumbeled as I dragged myself off the bed and onto my feet, not giving myself enough time to balance I ended up face flooring with my feet tangled in the soft rug next to my bed. When did that get there? Jumping up and freeing my poor feet from the rug I sprinted into my closet and straight to the back, not even bothering with the dresses I grabbed the green T-shirt and dark green trousers, if they wanted a fighter, a fighter they would get.

I ran into the bathroom as I remembered I hadn't had a shower in ages. Having one in record time (I was feeling just ever so slightly bursting with energy today) I jumped out and got dressed into the weird elf clothes, they were smooth and comfortable and fit exactly on me.

Great just one more thing to do. Looking in the mirror confirmed my fear and I grabbed the brush to hurriedly brush my hair, but there was something missing. I thought about it as I passed the hair brush through the multiple tangles in my hair and suddenly I knew. I searched through the drawer underneath the sink and found what I was looking for.

"Bingo!" I cheered happily, getting hold of the green hair band with the also green bow, gotta keep my girly touch. I giggled and twirled, sure it wasn't as pretty as the dress but I felt a million times better, the fabric was practically shining in the light that filtered through the window making me twirl faster and try to see the pretty material from every angle. It was awesome! Would Maglor like it? I slapped myself immediately and snapped back to reality, who cared what Maglor thought? I was completely fine thinking that I liked it. Ugh, what was happening to me?

I was pulled from my thoughts by a knock at the door that I rushed to answer, something told me it was Maglor and I secured all my shields so he wouldn't see through my pretence, I mean I wasn't really faking anything around him, just hiding my enchantment behind my back because it decided to go crazy around him. Finally I tugged the door open and was greeted by a surprised Maglor, just like I thought.

"Sup?" I asked him when I saw his shocked look and his raised eyebrows.

"You know we only put that in your wardrobe just in case."

"So?" Ugh, what was it with the monosylabism?

"So this isn't an emergency."

"But I want you to teach me to use a bow." If possible his eyebrows just went higher as he looked at me puzzled.

"Why?" Ha! Now he had monosylabism!

"Because of two things, A) I kinda need to know how to defend myself and B) It'll be fun!" at that I started twirling and jumping up and down exciteldy again when I noticed I wasn't even touching the floor, just spinning about 5 cm above the ground.

"I'll teach you but what's up with the hyperactiveness?" He asked me, but I just laughed going back down to the floor and grabbing his hand I pulled him out of the room and running through the castle (well in my case half running and half flying) I had no idea of where I was whatsoever when I ended up in a lunch hall. Guess my orientation skills were much much better now.

"Oh my God! Buffet!" I ran to the plates and levitated eggs bacon and every other food that was being served onto my plate, then I sprinted off to the table with my plate following closely.

"You know if anyone normal ate that they would be fat after like two spoonfuls right?"

"Good thing I'm not normal!" I said smiling and sitting at the table with the plate in front of me, only then did I see the king and queen each looking at me with different expressions, the queen seemed confused but bubbly and happy all the same, and the king seemed quite annoyed at my behaviour. I felt like laughing that I had only noticed them now so I did and that made the queen smile and the king look furious.
