In this story, you are the main character. The character that you are may not act like you or be anything like you, but the point of this is to put you in the position of the love interest of Dan Howell, which appears to interest lots of young females, like myself.
Regardless, you play a 24 year old American girl, named after yourself, as it is you. She (you) went to college at the University of Southern California for all four years, majoring in Journalism and deals with anxiety, ADD, and multiple stress issues. These issues have improved dramatically since college, and the only reason you were able to make it through college in the first place was because of Dan and Phil's videos. You have been watching their videos since the very beginning, or rather Dan's. Watching Dan's videos are actually what inspired you to watch Phil's, much to your delight.
You have always been a bit odd, and have been bullied in past years due to it, but Dan has made you feel like it is okay to be yourself, and your self esteem and confidence have grown since High School and College. You still watch Dan and Phil's videos, but have not been able to get into contact with them in your life. It is October, 2016, and you were unable to see TATINOF live, having moved temporarily to London half a year ago, hoping for a good job and a new start.
I have not covered everything, but I have covered everything that I feel is nessasary to know to begin the story.
