The Great Hall was filled with speaking students and teachers. You were leaning against the large doorway, looking for your friends helplessly. During lunch, the Hall automatically turned into a sea of voices and it was hard to spot anyone specific when all of the students were in similar robes. Still, it didn't took you long to find your group of friends sitting in the table, searching you with comical looks on their faces.

You started to pace towards your friends and happened to examine how filled your house table - the Gryffindor table, was with unrealistically chipper students. The amount of enjoyment in the first year students eyes was still undeniably adorable. You could remember your own first year vividly - you were so enthusiastic and felt unstoppable. Years in Hogwarts had passed so quickly, you constantly forgot, you were a sixth year student.

As you your attention was wandering around the hall whilst you were walking, you could spot many familiar voices. They were talking about complete nonsense until their attention caught you.

"Hey, Sirius, look, it's your girlfriend", a slightly snarky commented got past your ears as you had finally reached the place your friends were sitting.

"Shut up, Prongs", you mumbled receiving a slightly surprised look from James and an amused wink from Sirius. With a soft smirk you sat down next to Sirius and grabbed a piece of bread. You clanced around your friends who all seemed to be abnormally quiet as you took a bite out of your bread. "Oh, come on! What is it this time?", you glanced at all of your friends who just gave you unhelpful smirks. You rolled your eyes with a soft sigh.

"Look at you, sitting next to Padfoot". You lifted your eyes off the table and narrowed them to look at Remus with your mouth full of bread. He had the same devious smile on his lips and spark in the corner of his eyes, as every other of your friends. Yes, everyone knew about you having a thing for Sirius - as he did for you, but that sentence confused you.

"Wha-", you questioned in confusion, but got stopped.

"Yeah, why didn't you sit next to anyone else?", Peter commented whilst his eyes wandered around the group of friends. You let out a small laugh as your eyes lowered to look at the wooden table for few seconds.

"I'm flattered, m'lady", you heard Sirius speak in an exaggeratedly posh accent as he placed his arm around shoulder which made you give him a confused smile.

"I might feel awkward or even blushy if this hadn't been the only available seat. I'm not even joking - this was the only available seat in this table", you responded strongly with a smile and nailed your eyes on Peter. "Unless.. you all want me to go sit with Severus Snape, of course", your eyesight spotted everyone's facial expressions and it was extremely humorous. You actually got along nicely with Severus - he wasn't a bad person at all. Still, knowing how your friends felt about him, you always had something clever to say.

"No, no, no", the boys almost shouted in unison, making you laugh.

"Alright then, Mrs. Black", James smirked at you whilst Sirius gave you an amused nodge on the shoulder. ''But seriously, just snog already''.Everyone else bursted into laughter, but your eyes were softly nailed on James.

"Seriously, Prongs, shut up", Sirius mumbled shyly as you gave him an unnoticeable smile.
