Amethyst's POV
The next weekend we went back to our home town to attend church. We parked Dean's Impala in the parking lot and got out. "It feel so different to be back," I sighed.
"You go to church?" Dean asked. I totally forgot Sam and Dean were with us. "You really do come to church."
"Yes, I come to church," I replied. "This is my family. I want to invite them to church. Come on." We walked inside and up to the adult's room. "Hi mama, papa." I hugged him. "I'm here."
"You're back," Mama Diane smiled as she hugged me. I hugged Papa Bob too. "Are you here for good?"
"No, just for the weekend and then we're heading back," I smiled.
"Patrick," Mama Diane hugged him. He shook Papa Bob's hand. "Who are the new people?"
"Mama Diane, Papa Bob, they're my half brothers," I sighed. "Apparently, Kelsey and Prescott are also my half siblings." I smiled. "This is Sam and Dean Winchester."
"Usually, you don't come to church the same time and with Patrick," Mama Diane nodded. "What's going on?"
"We're actually here to invite you to our wedding," I sighed as I handed the envelope to Papa Bob. "It's next week and it's in Quantico, Virginia at the FBI Academy." I sighed. "There's a guest list for the Amen Baptist Church because I can't give everyone an invitation here. It'll be too much."
"Wait, wait, wait," Mama Diane stopped me. "Who are you getting married to?"
"Patrick," Pastor Bob looked at the invitation. "You're getting married to Patrick?"
"It's not such a bad thing," I replied.
"How old are you?" Mama Diane asked.
"Thirty," Patrick replied.
"Amethyst?" Mama Diane asked.
"I'm twenty two," I nodded. "Look, it's fine if you don't want to come. There will be a spot for you if you come." I sighed. "But it's not all different. Patrick is working a job at an auto shop, I'm working for the FBI, and my brothers have their own family business they're a part of." I looked at Patrick. "But I've been told to find a guy who puts God above all and that's Patrick. Sure, he spoils me and helps me with a lot of things but he does love God and put him first." I sighed. "So do I." Service was starting. Sam, Dean, and I stood in the back to watch the service. Patrick sat with his friends. I saw that blood started dripping from the eyes on the statue of Jesus. "Oh no."
"Please tell me you see that too," Sam sighed.
"I do," I nodded.
"Still got your blade on you?" Dean asked.
"Yeah," I sighed. "Now, all we gotta do is find out who's the demon."
"It's your church," Dean nodded. "Go up there, stop that service, and recite the exorcism spell." I sighed. "Amethyst, this is our only chance."
"Fine," I sighed. I walked up to the stage. "Pastor, may I have the floor?"
"Yes," Papa Bob nodded.
"You're all invited to mine and Patrick's wedding," I smiled. "That's next weekend at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia if you want to come. You'll need your name because it's on the list. Just say you're from ABC and they'll ask you what it stands for." I sighed. "We're very thorough for security purposes and it's an FBI base, it's where I work." I looked at Sam and Dean. "Exorcizamus te, omnis immundus spiritus, omnis satanica potestas, omnis incursio infernalis adversarii, omnis legio, omnis congregatio et secta diabolica." A lady started shaking as she walked towards me. "Ergo, omnis legio diabolica, adiuramus te...cessa decipere humanas creaturas, eisque æternæ perditionìs venenum propinare...Vade, satana, inventor et magister omnis fallaciæ, hostis humanæ salutis...Humiliare sub potenti manu Dei; contremisce et effuge, invocato a nobis sancto et terribili nomine..." She lunged at me. She was on top of me squeezing my neck. "Dean!" I gasped. "Help me!"
Sam got her off of me and helped me up. "You okay?" Sam asked.
"I'm fine," I sighed, catching my breath.
"Quem inferi tremunt...Ab insidiis diaboli, libera nos, Domine," Dean was finishing the exorcism. "Ut Ecclesiam tuam secura tibi facias libertate servire, te rogamus, adios bitch."
"It's audi nos," I sighed. Black smoke poured out of her and disappeared. "That's over." Everyone was looking at us. "Oh great."
"She still has a pulse," Sam checked the lady.
"Sam, there's something different about you," I replied.
"Yeah and I'm tired," Sam sighed. "I think I have my soul back."
"What was that?" Papa Bob asked.
"An exorcism," I replied.
"Not what you said, I'm talking about the black smoke," Papa Bob sighed.
"That was a demon," Dean replied.
"Well, don't sugarcoat it," I rolled my eyes.
"How'd you know there was a demon in God's house?" Papa bob asked. I pointed at Jesus statue. "Just because of --" He looked at the statue. "Is that blood?"
"Yeah," I nodded. "Jesus cries if a demon is in the building."
"So, what is is that you do again?" Mama Diane asked.
"I work for the FBI in the BAU," I nodded. My phone rang. I picked up and put it on speaker. "You're on speaker, Morgan."
"We're outside, baby girl," Morgan replied. "We kinda need our chief unit for this one."
"I thought I put in my vacation days," I sighed. "I'll be right out." I hung up and looked at Patrick and my brother's. "I'm sorry. But if you'd like to come, May 19th, that's next weekend, it's my wedding." I looked at Dean. "Gun?" Dean handed me my gun inside my holster. I clipped it to my pants. "Badge?" Dean handed me my badge and I clipped it to my pants. "I'll see you guys back at home." I walked outside. My brothers, Patrick, and basically the whole church followed me outside. "Hey team."
"Amethyst," JJ hugged me. "I'm glad you want to help on this case."
"I think I took too many family vacations," I smiled. "Spence!" I hugged him. "I've missed your smart inputs every five seconds in a case."
"Maybe you should come around more often," Reid smiled.
"What's the case?" I asked.
"Three seventeen year old girls go missing," Morgan sighed as he handed me the case file. I looked at it. "The first girl turned up two days ago, Tina Meeks. Her throat was sliced."
"Before or after her hair was cut?" I asked.
"What?" Morgan asked.
"Yeah, their hair was cut," I nodded. "I'm guessing you missed that. Well, the unsub is going to need another victim before he kills one of them off."
"We need bait," Morgan sighed. "You're too short but --" He pointed at one of the girls from the youth group. "You resemble the victims so much."
"No, no, no," I nodded. "You're not putting Jaidee out in the field."
"And she remembers who I am," Jaidee replied. "Yeah, thanks Amethyst."
"What are we supposed to do, Amethyst?" Morgan asked.
"Doesn't Jaidee get a say in this?" Jaidee asked.
"Jaidee, you could get killed and I don't want that on my conscience considering we're Sisters in Christ," I replied. "Okay? I'm not wanting you to go out in the field. Take that from a girl who's been in the field." I looked at Jaidee. "I've been shot, stabbed, and beat. Also, cut up a little bit. So, I do not want you to go out there." I sighed. "I am trained to do this."
