"Sigh." Gemini groaned. "Ok when you actually say the word sigh something terrible must be happening to you." Her friend Libra paused her shopping. Gemini glanced to her side his fire red hair blended in yet stood out from the red landscape around him.

He had swirls of black patterns on his face and it trailed down to his neck. (See Aries pic if you don't understand). "Oh no, you can't!" Libra shook her shoulders. "Are you just saying that because after he dumped me, he hooked up with you?" Gemini raised an eyebrow. "Er no?" Libra wasn't entirely sure.

"I'll tell Aquarius." Libra warned. "What's the worst she can do?" Gemini nervously laughed. "Cut you up into pieces and throw you in the pit of Despair." Libra said and blinked. "You're right, I'm gonna go talk to him!" Gemini stuck out her chest. Libra face palmed. "Not what I meant!" She yelled.

Gemini walked off before Libra could stop her. Libra squinted and thought she would watch to make sure nothing fishy happened. "Hey! Aries!" Gemini said loudly. Aries looked around for a moment and pointed to himself. "Me?" He blinked. "I don't think there is another Aries out here!" Gemini joked.

"Oh hey Gemini what's up?" He continued to browse through the food. "Nothing, nothing is up I just thought it's been awhile since we talked and...ya, nothing is up." She said awkwardly. Aries acted like they hadn't even been together, it wasn't awkward for him at all!

"Hm, how is Libra?" He glanced to where Libra was spying them, nothing could escape his eyes. Gemini felt a bit angered that he immediately shifted his thoughts to Libra but she kept her cool. "She is doing well." Gemini replied. Aries jolted upright and widened his eyes. "What's the date today?" He gulped. "The 24th of December why?" Gemini answered.

"Oh CRAP!" He gasped. "It's a blood moon tonight?!" Aries dropped his food. "Oh...my... It is!" Gemini squealed suddenly feeling afraid. "They come out during the blood moon, I haven't even prepared yet!" Aries ran in the direction of the castle. Gemini sprinted after him.

Libra didn't know why they were running but she knew one thing, she wasn't running in heels, so she stood back. Aries cupped his hands around his mouth and shouted. "AQUARIUS!!!" At the top of his lungs. "Geez stop yelling." A tall figure opened the door.

It wasn't Aquarius but it was Sagittarius. He had a fancy vest on with a tie. Sagittarius loved being a servant, in fact they didn't treat him like one at all! They gave him full course meals a beautiful bedroom and not to mention the outfits that he looked damn good in. He opened the big metal gate.

"What's wrong guys?" He asked, furrowing his eyebrows. "I-it's a Blood Moon tonight!" Aries shouted. Sag took a moment and then his mouth dropped and his eyes held fear and surprise. "Oh man, we need to tell Scorpio and Aquarius to lock the village down!" Sag jogged into the castle.

He saw Aquarius strolling down the hallways, her black armor clinking with each step. "Aquarius." He panted, they didn't even require him to call them sir or madam. "Whoa whoa whoa! What's the rush?" Aquarius looked at him, concerned. "It's a Blood Moon tonight." Sag gulped.

"Oh shit." Aquarius breathed.

Heaven

"WHOOO BLUE MOON TONIGHT! LETS GET DRUNK!" Leo seemed very enthusiastic about tonight. He shuffled his way around town announcing his announcement. "I am gonna par-ty I am gonna par-ty !" He said in a Conga line kind of rhythm.

"Hold on calm down!" Cap laughed as he stopped his friend. "I have a surprise for you my very best yet sometimes idiotic friend." Cap wiggled his eyebrows. Leo was confused was he complimenting him or insulting him? Cap brought his hands or from behind his back and revealed a cream colored envelope with the words Blue moon ball written smack dab in the middle.

"It can't be..." Leo breathed and held the smooth envelope between his fingers. "Yep! We have been invited by King Taurus himself!!!" Cap jumped up and down childishly. "I guess he felt generous this year!" Leo laughed. This was the first time King Taurus was actually hosting the Blue Moon party at his castle.

"Did he invite everyone?" Leo asked, hoping he would be one of the special people so he could brag to all his friends that couldn't go. "Pretty much." Cap sighed. "Dang..." Leo purses his lips. "You got a date?" Cap had a sweet smirk on his face.

"Psh, I don't need a date when I have a long line of ladies waiting for me." His logic was completely off. "IF you have said line of ladies then I guess it shouldn't be a problem." Cap shrugged. "I'm taking Cancer." He had a goofy grin on his face. Leo was doomed! He didn't have a date!!

"Are we required to have a date?" Leo asked. "Kinda, on the invitation it might say BRING A DATE in big bold letters." Cap winced. "Ugh I'm screwed." Leo groaned. "I'm gonna get screwed tonight!" Cap had a perverted grin. "JUST KIDDING!" He laughed.

Cap was too nervous to even talk to Cancer sometimes. Leo laughed softly at his joke. "Well I have to go get ready, gotta look my best for Cancer." He clicked his tongue and left. "A date....well time to start searching the town." Leo slumped and walked.

Hell

"Please tell me you're kidding." Aquarius panicked. She looked out the window, dusk was approaching. "Oh my devil, OH MY DEVIL!" She started hyperventilating. Gemini slapped her back but only hurt herself due to the armor.

"Where is Scorpio?!" Aries yelled. "I'm right here." Everyone except Aquarius and Sagittarius jumped at least three feet in the air. "Scorpio! The Blood Moon, we need to go on lockdown!" Aquarius alerted. "I'm aware of the Blood Moon, I heard you yelling it down the hall." He stared at Aries.

"Sorry..." Aries apologized. "I have ordered lockdown in the town, but for you guys, stay here for tonight, do not take a step out, they can smell you from a few miles away." Scorpio directed most of that towards Aquarius and Aries. They both looked at the ground.

Scorpio's cape swished as he turned around to take care of other matters. Aries gulped loudly. "The wraiths are going to be out..." He shuddered. "And the skellys." Gemini added. "And the most fearsome, the Hellhounds." Aries struggled to breathe.

He lost his parents during a blood moon, ripped apart by a fiery hellhound. He couldn't take the image of shredded flesh flying everywhere and blood pooling and seeping into the ground out of his head.

Aquarius looked out the window again. Instead of the creamy pale color of the moon it was replaced with a scarlet red that made the entire sky an even darker shade of red. "The Blood Moon had begun, along with the bloodbath." Aquarius took a deep breath.
