(Just saying I found a better pic for Aquarius so be sure to check it out!)😋

"Let's play!" Aquarius poked her brother in the ribs. "I can't father wants me to do something." Scorpio ignored her. "Father always wants you to do something!" She whines and puffed her cheeks. "I'm going to be kind someday, he probably just wants to prepare me." Scorpio adjusted the cuff of his button shirt.

Aquarius sighed and twirled a strand of hair between her fingers. She was eight and her brother ten, but she never backed down from the rough games her brother likes to play. "Ah son!" Her father extended his arms and as he hugged Scorpio he glared at Aquarius, making her cower away.

Aquarius adjusted her little black dress and red flower in her hair, It was her mother's funeral, she had died from an illness. Aquarius cried for two night straight, her mother was very close to her since her father hated her.

She walked outside and saw the black clouds cloak the scarlet sky as the servings lifted a big black coffin. They placed her on the alter, with the cover open. Aquarius stared at her beautiful pale face, the life drained from her. She heard her father's footsteps behind her and she tensed up.

He sighed as closed his eyes. Scorpio had his head down and placed a small kiss on his mother's forehead. It was Aquarius's turn to say goodbye. She put her head closer but she was harshly pulled back, she let out a little yelp of pain.

She looked up at her father and he slowly shook his head. The guard threw a torch lit with blue flame and watched as the flames enclosed the coffin and her mother. Aquarius didn't dare shed a tear, she knew if she did it would all come out again.

Once the fire died down they all went back inside.

She saw Scorpio follow her father into a room and she couldn't help but follow them as well. She placed her ear to the closed door and listened. "You ready my son? Ready to be the strongest demon in the world?" He sounded maniacal. No answer came from Scorpio.

"Well, here we go." He tapped a needle and put it gently into his neck. Scorpio flinched but took it. "Angel and demon blood mixed together, let's see if I finally perfected it." He clapped his hands. Scorpio could feel his heart rate rise, sweat formed on his forehead. He clutched his heart, it was beating too fast for him to breathe.

His father quickly flooded him with another liquid which made his become calmer and he could breathe. His heart would have burned out. Scorpio fell to the ground, exhausted. "Damn it! Failed again!" Her father punched the wall, leaving a big indent.

He sensed a presence and squinted his eyes, lips curling into a sneer. He threw open the door to find his daughter staring at him with innocent eyes. "I-I'm s-sorry." She was stuttering like an idiot which made him laugh deeply. She looked behind him and saw her brother on the floor

"What did you do to brother?" She dared to ask. "Nothing of your concern." He said calmly. "WHAT DID YOU DO TO SCORPIO!" The words left her mouth on a scream. Her father blinked at her stubbornness. "Just like your mother, how unfortunate." He slapped her hard on the cheek.

Aquarius held snapped to the side, she put a cold hand to her heated cheek and winced. "Don't ever speak back to me again." He said and walked off. Aquarius forgot about her cheek and went to see her brother. He was awake and fine.

"Are you ok?" Scorpio asked Aqua, and put a hand to her red cheek. "I'm fine, are you?" She pulled his hand off. "Ya..stay away from father, he is planning to do something." Scorpio coughed. "O-ok." Aquarius nodded.

6 years later (Aqua is 14, Scorpio is 16)

"Hey, Scorpio can you help me?" Aquarius grunted as she lifted a big box. "Ya sure, what is it?" He asked, helping her. "Just some of fathers stuff, he told me to move it." She strained. "Don't worry." Scorpio sighed as they moved up the stairs.

"About what?" She said while taking slow steps. "I'm going to get rid of him." Scorpio whispered. "I know what he is doing to you." Scorpio had a pained face. Aquarius froze. "You do?" She seemed slightly relieved. "He told me if I told anyone he would kill you." She said in a soft voice.

They placed the box down and looked at each other. Aquarius looked tired and a little too thin. Scorpio could hear her screams down the hallway as his father, experimented on her. "Aquarius!" Her father called from below the stairs.

Aquarius gave one last begging look and then replied. "Coming father!" She skipped down the steps. "Time for the final one." He put a hand on her shoulder and his nails bit into her skin, making her wince.

This time instead of letting her free, he shackled her, knowing she would hate this. It's almost time, you ready my dear Aquarius?" A maniacal laughter echoed through the halls. "Please father, I'm scared, you have tested it on others and they have all died, please spare me!" Aquarius's wrists and legs were shackled tightly, leaving harsh open wounds every time  she moved.

"I will never stop....never.." The old man chuckled.  Aquarius struggled in her restraints but her eyes welled up at the burning pain every time cold metal rubbed into her open and bleeding wounds. She could feel the blood trickling slowly like honey down her hands.

Her breathing was shaky and shallow, it was like a heart attack would come on soon. "Hm, I need the serum to run through your veins faster, how about if I make you scared even more? Or tired?" He put the needle down on the stool and stood up.

"You look just like your mother, and it pisses me off!" He kicked her hard in the ribs. Aquarius fell onto her side, coughing and gasping at the pain. "Hm what a weakling, you'll never survive out there, that is why I'm doing this for you, I'm making you stronger." He sighed and grabbed her face and pulled it close to his.

"But first, I'm going to teach you a cold hard lesson." He slammed her into the wall behind her. A loud crack was heard. Aquarius screamed, something had happened to her shoulder. Her screaming was ceased with a hard slap across the face. "TAKE THE PAIN!" He slapped her again.

Aquarius sobbed she didn't know if it was from the pain or the fact her father was going to kill her, maybe both. "Ok I guess that should do." He stood up and grabbed the needle and checked it. Her heart was hammering in her chest but her head weakly lolled to the side.

"Oh you haven't given up have you?" He sighed. Aquarius couldn't find the energy to respond, she was exhausted, her body was screaming in pain. The needle neared her neck, she somehow found the energy to kick and flail but her father held her head straight. She felt the needle touch her skin, she screamed. It smoothly pierced her skin and she could feel the thick liquid run through her veins.

The door was bashed open and she saw her brother running at her father with a sword, he didn't expect it and felt the smooth metal slice through his neck. Scorpio panted as he watched his father's head roll off. His body feel with a heavy thud. Aquarius gasped and coughed violently.

She fell to the side, watching her brother run to her and called her name. She closed her eyes, this was finally it, she was gone.

Her eyes flew open, her heart was beating, hard and fast. "You're awake!" Her brother jumped up. Aquarius looked around and then at herself, she was the same, didn't look any different. Had the experiment failed?

Scorpio hugged her tightly. "I thought I lost you." His voice trembled. "Nope I'm right here, so you're gonna have to keep dealing with me." Aquarius laughed. "I will protect you from everything, I promise." Scorpio tightened his embrace.
