Myrtle's POV
I sat on the table listening to the other side of the thin wall.
My aunts and uncles or the dukes and duchesses are arguing about where I should stay with each other.
My name is Myrtle Melania Swan. Too girly like hell.
I am the next in line to the throne of Devalor. It is a great kingdom and I am currently the daughter of Queen Lea and King Joseph.

The thing why they are arguing is because, of me. I am not your ideal princess, I break a lot of rules, I don't act girly at all. But I am also not a princess that just breaks rules for freedom like those so-called bad princesses who does little things that they think is really bad. I actually break a lot of rules because it's fun. I do things like stealing, harassing princes, vandalism.

I swung my legs back and forth while chewing bubblegum. I was currently wearing a black mini skirt with a stylish black belt, black knee-high boots, pink and black tube top with a pink and white rider-like jacket.
My hair was straight, in medium length and blonde. I also had pink and red streaks in my hair.

The door opened and my bubblegum popped.
My aunts and uncles were standing respectfully, but I just raised a brow. This hasn't been the first time I have been lectured or disciplined or even sent away. What else could be new?
"Dear niece, will you ever settle down?" Aunt Denise asked.
She was tall and .. Blue. I mean everything she wore was blue.
"Wouldn't you like to know?" I said.
"Please, Myrtle. Settle down even for a day." Uncle Derek said.
He was Aunt Myrtle's husband.
"Like that will happen." My dad said.
He showed up behind the door. Everyone let him make his way through with my mom behind him. I just sighed and popped my bubblegum.
"You are not a princess." He stated.
I snorted.
"Not in actions, old man."
He grimaced.
"And not very lady-like."
I rolled my eyes.
'Pfft. Like I care.' I thought.
"Dear. Please." My mom begged to me.
"What do you want me to do?" I sighed.
"We are going to send you to Olympus Prep."
I had my eyes wide.
"Woah woah woah woah woah woah. WHAT?!"I freaked.
"That place is best for you." My aunt said.
"Yeah, and so is having your back straightened for the rest of your life. I don't want to! I'd rather stay in the dungeon with that psycho Jet." I said.

"If you were more careful of your actions, you'd probably get to be in a really good place right now."
My dad said.
I scoffed.
"And spend time with you, old freaks? No way." I jumped off the table.
"When's my leave?" I asked.

~

I tossed my bag to the coach and he hurriedly strapped them to the back of the carriage. I opened a gum and popped it in my mouth.
"Sweetheart?"
I turned around and saw Queen Lea.
"Don't cause too much trouble okay? And please, be what we hope you would be."
"So you expected me to be a human-sized royal doll? Being a disappointment's not my intention, lady. It's to have fun." I replied.
"But dear, you are a princess."
"That was never my choice."
I hopped in the carriage.
"Let's go, Petes!" I yelled to the coach and we went off, taking one last glance of my mother waving her hankerchief at me saying goodbye. But I just laid on my seat and fell asleep.

30 minutes later
I jumped of the carriage and stared at the humongous black gate.
"Hey, there."
I looked over to the side and saw a human-sized door open with a boy my age, which is 16, standing over there with a black tuxedo on. He had pitch black, shaggy hair and dark brown eyes.
I walked over to him.
He held out his hand.
"Ms. Myrtle Swan?"
I looked at his hand then at him. He quickly pulled back and cleared his throat.
"My name is Lucas J. I am the President of Olympus Prep. I will show you around the school or do you want to meet the teachers first?"
I folded my arms.
"Where's my room?"
His smile faded.
"Uh, I'm sorry?"
"My room. Where is it? I want to go change."
He chuckled nervously.
"Of course, of course. Come, I'll take you there."

We walked inside and everything was so vast. There was a white castle up front, and gardens at the side. Everything smelled like jasmine, roses, and any other flower I don't even recognize.
We walked in to the castle and Lucas met up with a lot friends. Although, many princesses were flirting with him.
The princess' uniforms were all fuschia, silk, and above-knee.
I shivered at what I will be forced to wear.
"How do you like the uniforms Ms. Swan?" Lucas asked.
"Too girly." was all I said.
He looked disappointed but his confidence returned quickly.

We reached my dorm.
"You'll be living alone. Is that alright?" Lucas asked.
"Best thing I've heard all day."
I went in.
"Oh, if you're done be sure to check in the principal to check your schedule, it's right past the-"
I closed the door.
'Man, that guy can talk.' I thought.
I plopped onto my bed, my bags are here. What to do, what to do?
I checked the massive window and went to the balcony.
"1 year." I said to myself.

I went back in and changed into my gray T-shirt with faded blue tattered jeans, a dark blue polo jacket and a red bonnet on my head.
I went downstairs to see a lot of princesses whispering at me. I don't even care so I would just let them stammer til death.
I bumped into one person running away.
"Hey!" I yelled.
He looked at me and he looked mad.
"Stupid Princesa! Out of the way!"
But when he attempted to run my spiky black bracelet got tangled into his silver chain bracelet.
"Ugh! Let me go, you psycho freak!" I yelled.
Many prince and princesses were just watching and glaring at us.
'Shit. These stares are weird.' I thought.

He growled at me but then right behind him were two guys.
"Stop, Sanchez!" One yelled.
"Ugh! You're hopeless. Run!" The guy said.
He quickly ran and left me dragging. I had no choice since we were stuck.
We quickly ran dodging prince and princesses, signs, opening doors and dogs.
Seriously, there are a lot of beagles around here.
We stopped at a garden.
"Where the heck are we going? And who are those guys after you?!" I demanded.
He made a tsk sound.
"I don't need to give you an explanation." He looked over to the grass wall.
"There!" He yelled.
We went there and hid. We heard the guys pass by, we were able to catch our breaths. I pulled my hand forcingly away from his.
"Get lost, idiot!" I yelled.
"How do you expect me to do that?! I'm stuck too!"
"Yeah, To Me! Do you even look where you run?!"
"Of course I do. I'm not stupid! Why did you even not look at who you were about to encounter?!"
"Wow! I'm so sorry, Mr.-I-rule-over-anything! I didn't know you would get to encounter the most annoying freaks over the world here when you're just walking down a hall!"
"The name's Tyler, princesa. And you are supposed to be a princesa, stop with the yelling!"
We both shot dagger looks at each other.
He grunted.
"Fine. Let's just get out of these-"
"There you are."
We turned around and saw Lucas. He was sweating and breathing heavily like he was running.
"What the heck?!" Tyler yelled.
Lucas looked at me.
"Ms. Swan. Is he abusing you?"
"Yes!"
"No!"
Tyler and I said at the same time.
Again, we both glared at each other.
"We will settle this at Roger's office. Come along, Sanchez."
Tyler grunted and Lucas brought us to the
"Principal's office." I said.
"Yes. Sanchez here is a troublemaker that got away. I'm sorry to have you involved with this."
I smirked at Tyler.
"Oh please. This place is where I really want to be with him."
Then we all went inside.
