The storm vanished, the dawn was breaking as twilight was spreading across the sky. We were all soaking wet but I couldn't process what to feel. Gray's body dissipated together with Jandira, so I couldn't give a very last goodbye and Tyler is laying half- alive on the other side of the roof.
I went to him slowly. Tyler looked like a sickly kid, his hot, teenage boy body and face all turned into cancer patient features, but .. Thank Thor.. He's breathing faintly. So he's still alive."He's alive, I suppose?" Lucas asked behind me.
I wiped a tear off my cheek, "Barely."
Harold placed a hand on my shoulder, "We'll heal him. For now, you should go get some rest. Hero."

"I love you, Swan. Always remember that."
"I love you, Swan. Always remember that."
"I love you, Swan. Always remember that."That voice of that stupid Treque. Ugh, it never ever disappeared after 3 whole days of not talking to anybody and just sitting here on the still damaged roof. I sat on the debris overlooking the Royal guards helping out the gardeners, carpenters and landscapers to fix the rumbled fields and messed up gardens in Olympus Prep. Nobody has actually seen me for the past 3 days, I never told anybody where I would be, but if somebody did see me, they're smart enough to gossip about it and just leave me be.
I am in my plain blue, collarless, long sleeve, acrylic sweater, black leggings and brown knee high boots, pairing off with my silver necklaces and red bonnet. I have been sitting here with nothing to eat, 30 minutes of sleep and just plain water beside me. I can't shake everything off so easily, nor am I in the mood to mess stuff up.
The door suddenly creaked and footsteps were heading towards me, then it stopped.
"Swan." He said.
I squatted on the debris staring at the cloudy sky, "Mhm?"
He stood beside me, "You seriously should get over it."
I looked up at him. Honestly, I expected it would be Harold or Lucas but it was Tyler.
His figure had gone better just like he was before, he was wearing the boys school uniform but his scarf was Royal Blue. He had his hands in his pockets as he was gazing at the horizon.
"I am over it. The.. everything I mean." I said as placed my legs down.
He sat beside me, "But Gray, I don't think so."
I sighed and tears were starting to fill my eyes, "I just can't. He's done so much. But I just treated them as a joke. I have never... "
"You cared for him."
I looked at him as he looked at me, his eyes were full of anticipation, worry and sadness.
I knew from those eyes, I couldn't lie. As if on cue, I cried.
"I cared for him as my friend. Not really as love him."Tyler pulled me to his chest as he patted my back, "I'm sorry... I owe him a lot too. But he gave up his life for us. You shouldn't feel all awful."
I continued sobbing into his shirt, "I just.. I should've seen everything from afar, but I was too confident, and proud to see his sincerity."
He rubbed my hair gently, "But you benefited from all of those. The best thing to do now, is to appreciate what people have done for you. You can't mourn for life, it won't bring them back, live your life as others have sacrificed much for you to continue living yours."
I stopped crying, he looked at me and wiped my tears as he smiled, "You obviously read that from a book, Sanchez."
We both laughed.
"So what if I did?" He asked.
I wiped my eyes and looked at him, "You're clearly a dweeb."
He chuckled, "Awe, that hurts. Am I that bad?"
"Yes, but.. now you're my dweeb."
He looked at me and we took a passionate kiss. It was light, his lips tasted like cinnamon, it was softly rough but gentle. He rubbed my hair as I wrapped my hands around his neck pulling him closer. We parted and caught our breaths, he smiled. I bit my lip, also smiling, then stood.
"I need to get more water." I said.
"You look like you're ready to drop, how long have you been up?"
"Mmm... 3 days, 11 hours and about 20 minutes. Also no food."
He shook his head then slipped his hand into mine, "Let's get you fixed up. I love you too much to see you this damaged. Don't protest, you can't hurt me with this daily basis of drinking healer's blood."
I rolled my eyes and we headed to the cafeteria.I'm never good with anything but making trouble. And with that attitude and stubbornness, I found what I needed. Love.
Turns out, love does come and go, you have to be high alert to notice it pass by and make it last. Gray passed by, and I was too stupid to see him, then I met Tyler, everything in me lit up, he is who I was looking for. Now I'm making him last, because he found the real me as I opened the real him.
So that's about it.
