I woke up, and coughed.
"Dark." I said.
I threw my ring on the ceiling and it exploded, giving the whole room brightness.
"Hey, Myrtle. You have a ring of light I see." I heard someone say.
The balcony door opened and Lucas came in.
"Lucas. What are you doing here in Devalor?" I asked.

He sat beside me, "You are back in your dorm. Tyler contacted me of what happened and it seemed everything did not turn out quite well. Did it?"

Lightning crackled and thunder boomed outside.

I flinched, "A massive storm?"
"Ever since the second night you lot left. This storm has never dissipated." Lucas said.
"The second night..?"
The main door opened, then Gray came in with Harold. They were both dressed in black slacks, and white polo. Gray was wearing his brown sweater while Harold wore a white one.
They came to the side of my bed.
"Hey, How are you feeling?" Gray asked as he sat beside me.
"Better, actually." I replied. "Umm... Where's..-"
"Tyler? He's out on the field. He said he needs to be alone." Harold said.
I shot up and ran to the door. I quickly went out to the open field, letting the rain hit me and the coldness sink in my body. But idiot me, forgot to ask which part of this hella open field is the field he is in.
"Okay think, Myrtle. Tyler would be at ...." I said to myself.
I held my forehead and massaged it.
'Where would he be? Where would he be? Where would he be?' I thought.
There was little murmur on the wind, and it was carrying me to the south lawn. I held my arm up for a little vision to the misty rain, and walked to the dark swirling south lawn. Tyler was there standing in the middle of the swirling black wind, I quickly ran up to him.
But the wind was keeping me away.
"Tyler!" I yelled.
He turned to me with bloodshot eyes, "Myrtle."
I went in and reached for him, as he hesitantly reached out for me. He pulled me in and hugged me.
"Tyler, what the fuck's going on?!" I yelled over the sound of swirling wind.
He cried, "I did it again, I'm sorry, Myrtle."
I held his face, "Tyler.. Wake up!"
Someone then cackled in the background of the wind. I stood and narrowed my eyes to the front where the wind was forming something.
"No way.." I said.
The wind then formed into
"Jandira!" I yelled.

She cackled and then her form was still dusty and some were falling off but she seemed human if you don't focus on her body. Her eyes were empty black, and there was still wind swirling behind her but she didn't seem to mind it.
"Well, well, well, if it isn't my murderer empress and her hunky boyfriend." Jandira said.
"She's not yet my girlfriend." Tyler said.
"Ah, but there is yet in your sentence." Jandira said.

I stepped forward, "What are you doing here Jandira? Shouldn't you be trying to regenerate if you can."
She laughed, "What do you think I'm doing, empress?"
I focused on her body, the sands were swirling, I guess that means she is regenerating but so far this is the only body she can construct in such little time.
"Why are you causing this weather? And what does Tyler have to do with any of this?" I faced Tyler. "What do you have to do in any of this?"
Tyler gripped his hands on my arms and his face was hesitant.
"Oh my, young love." Jandira swooned. "But it seems like he hasn't told anyone yet, huh?"
"Told what?" I asked.
She stepped backward and the wind behind her began to form a figure. Tyler's hands gripped tighter on me and he pulled me closer, despite both of us being wet.
"Tyllie.." The wind said.
The voice seemed to have been coming from everywhere. But then the swirling stopped and Jameine was standing in front of us. Her eyes were just like Jandira's- empty. And she was wearing a black tube top, black blaser, black mini skirt with violet belt, black stockings with black heels. She's a devil on Earth.
"Jammy- Jameine." Tyler said.
Tyler let me go and attempted to hug her. Well, not really attempted because they both did hug.. before Jameine dissolved into dust. She then regained her form again, but now she was beside Jandira.
"She's... a witch?" I asked.
Jameine looked at me with anger. Well at least it seemed like it. A person with no eyes and a face out of swirling dust can be very hard to read. It's even hard to tell if she's smiling unless she opened her mouth.
"She's becoming a witch." Jandira corrected.
"That's right, Turtle." Jameine confirmed.
I gave her a 'really?' look, "Even when you're dead, you still can't get my name right?"
"Jameine.. I'm sorry, I tried but- I just.." Tyler reasoned out.
Jameine held her hand up for silence, "You are not as loyal as I thought you were."
Tyler made a sour face to himself, "I.. I am loyal.I just-"
"Saw another better than me. I guess siding with a witch is better."
I jumped at her but Tyler held me back.
"Traitor to your own kind! What kind of a princess are you?! You're worse than me!" I yelled at her face.
She chuckled, pushed my forehead then Tyler and I flew back 10 feet away.

I groaned in pain, "And a coward."
"Myrtle, you're not helping." Tyler coughed.
"I'm not trying to help. I'm trying to end this. Why are you even.. I mean, How is she.."
Jandira came to us and slow clapped, "You have no idea how easy it was persuading little Jameine."
Tyler coughed and we both stood but I was a few feet away from him.
"Persuade.. Why am I not surprised?" I asked.
She smirked and Jameine appeared beside her with her hand on her hip.
"Turns out she loves and cares for Sanchez more than her own dignity."
"Whoa, that's deep." I said.
"You wouldn't understand any of this turtle, you don't love anyone but yourself." Jameine said as she stepped forward.
I made a disgusted face, "You don't know anything about me."
"You might wanna sit down and don't interrupt me with this story." Jameine added.
Jandira raised her finger and pointed it down. Tyler and I slammed to the ground, squatting then duct tape were wrapped on our mouths.
"I shall start, yeah?" Jameine asked. "The day you ran with Tyllie through the halls with your hands tied, I knew something bad was about to happen, although I didn't expect it to be a serious problem with witches."
Jandira growled.
Jameine looked uneasy then cleared her throat, "Anyway, when I was being hurt by those Royal Chains, Jandira made a deal with me. She knew about my emotions very much, so she gave me the position of being her servant in exchange for keeping Tyler."
I looked at Tyler and he just grimaced.
Jameine giggled, "So when I was dying because Jandira was losing against you, empress. I told Tyler not to fall for another mortal for as long I regenerate with my master."
Jandira smiled evilly, "But Tyler broke his promise, he fell for you. So Jameine and I came to check him and the girl he loves. That's how the potion works."
Tyler looked at me expecting for an answer, I gave him a faint smile. But that's probably not going to work because our mouths are under the duct tapes.
I mumbled something. Jandira and Jameine tilted their heads to the side in confusion.
"What?" They both said.
I mumbled something again making them lean closer.
"Speak up, Turtle." Jameine said.
Anger boiled up, I banged my head onto Jameine making her step back and howl in pain. I smirked at my work, but Jandira immediately slapped me. Jameine regained herself and took the duct tape with pure force.
"Ouch." I said.
"You..!! Don't mess with me.. Empress!" Jameine growled.
I blew a hair away, "I just did."
Jameine was ready to pounce, but Jandira held her shoulder.
"You are not fully regenerated, apprentice. We must do what we came here for and go back to properly regenerate."
Jameine looked at Tyler, and took off his duct tape slowly. She immediately kissed him causing me to feel angry.
I wanted to kick her so bad, but I couldn't move. All I could do was sit, watch and growl.
When she pulled away, Tyler looked at her sheepishly.
"I still love you, Jammy..." He said.
"Say what?!" I spouted.

They looked at me. Jandira dissolved and she whispered in my ear.
"She's more powerful than me, Empress. Don't let her get to you."

Jameine stood properly with a hand on her hip, "That was all I wanted to hear. See ya later, Turtle."
Then she joined her master regenerating in the wind.
