Chapter One - A New Life

I was lying down on my bed as I saw my neighbour happily playing with her dog. I don't touch dogs because I'm really afraid of them. Then my Mom said "Sweetie! Come down! Your breakfast is ready!" Then I groaned. My house (I meant like my Mom or Dad's house) was a 2 story house (Without an attic). I have a mother called Linda, a father called James and a little sister called Samantha.

So when I came down from my room, I passed by Samantha's room. I saw her singing horribly with her hairbrush and facing the mirror, with her 2 ponytails. She was twirling her hair around her index finger like she's flirting with the mirror or something.

I got disgusted and just ran down the stairs.

So then my Mom made me her special homemade pancakes (Not waffles) with butter and maple syrup. Well actually, she make the pancakes for me on weekends. Today's Saturday and we're going to the public swimming pool. Too bad my Dad is working from day until night. Then Samantha came down from her room too. She then gobbled up her pancakes (Well, it's one by one). Then we packed our clothes and other stuff in a beach bag. So we get out of the house and dialed the taxi number. And the taxi came here in the right time.

The taxi drived fast so we reached there in five minutes. My swimming outifit was a polka-dotted bikini. Samantha wore the swimsuit that has a zip in the front.My Mom doesn't really goes swimming. So first, we ate. Then, we showered. And then, we swim in the pool. There were many types of pools. There were the deep ones, the shallow ones (Baby pool), the medium sized pool, the lap pool, the wave pool, the river pool (This river pool goes like around in a circle. I hope you all know that) and many others which I don't know how to say it.

So me and Samantha went to the wave pool because the wave is starting already. We have the big float and Samantha has her mini duck floater. Samantha then got scared in the wave pool because I think that the wave pool will drown her (Even though she have her mini duck floater with her). So she decided to go to the baby pool. She also asked me to go follow her there. Then we had a break. We drank Coke and ate mac and cheese that was prepared by my Mom. I know that sounds really yummy.

Once we finished all the fun in the pool, we went back home. I showered and ate dinner. For dinner, we had macaroni soup. After that, I slept.
