Chapter Fourteen - A Time With My Dad

"Rise and shine, kiddo." I opened my right eye and saw my dad laying down beside me. I turned my body and head and face my pillow. Then my mom marched into my room and opened the curtains. "Aggggggghhhhh... Mom! Close the curtains!" I said. Then Samantha invaded my room and jump on my bed. She really LOVED to bounce on my bed because it's really bouncy and soft.

Suddenly, the doorbell rang. My dad and my mom went downstairs. But Samantha didn't. Then I said,"Samantha, please. Can you get off my bed? I'm really tired from yesterd-". "-Here you go, Alyssa. Your bean bag chair!" My dad said, carrying my purple bean bag chair. "Woo hoo!" Samantha said, as she gets off my bed and sits in my bean bag chair waiting for her to sink in the chair. I rolled my eyes and just shrugged. Then I stretched my arms and get off my bed to shower.

Then I went to the bathroom."Sweetie! Tomorrow we'll be getting our couch!" my mom called me downstairs as she was carrying some plates."Okay, whatever," I said.

I was wearing my black smiley face knitted shirt, a black beanie, a black high waisted shorts, my black glasses (zero degrees) with lens from Typo and my black high top converse. Today is black day, one of my favourite days on some Saturdays. Today is also 'Caturday' because I'm getting MY OWN brown kitten. Samantha had to go to her ballet class so I was really happy because I don't get to see my annoying sister. So after my mom sent my sister to her ballet class, my mom went to her yoga class and I was left with my dad. We went to airport to get my kitten. I told my dad to not let ANYONE know about the kitten.

Once we reached home, I told my dad that I need some privacy in my room, quickly went into my room, locked the door, take my scissors out of my drawer and cut the strings which were tied to the door on the cage. Then I let my kitten out. I called it Pip. I took the cat toys and the bowl that I standby. I filled the bowl with cat food and water. Pip was so thirsty and went to the bowl to drink water. Then I played with it. Soon, it was almost ten thirty in the morning. I took my laptop and go to websites. Then Pip went on my laptop. "Awwww, Pip..." I said. Then I stroked its fur and it began to sleep. A few minutes later, I heard a loud bang on my door. That woke Pip up. Pip opened its eyes so wide. Then it jump down and went under my bed. I closed my laptop and opened the door a little bit. "CAN I GO INSIDE YOUR ROOM?!?! I WANNA SIT ON THE BEAN BAG CHAIR!!! PLEASE!!!" Samantha shouted. "NO!!! I NEED SOME PRIVACY IN MY ROOM!!!" I shouted, while pushing the door to close it. When Samantha felt weak, I slammed the door really hard and locked it. Then I put my desk chair behind the door, then thick books, then some of my pillows, then my luggage bag for school. Then I looked under the bed for Pip and brought her up on the bed. Then I took my phone and called my dad. "Hello?" he said. I replied,"Hey dad, it's me, Alyssa. Can you please take Samantha away from my room and bring something entertaining for her like the television, or her dolls, or maybe the computer. And tell her that I need some privacy. And remember to FORCE HER TO NEVER GO TO MY ROOM. EVEN IF SHE'S PASSING BY MY ROOM TO GO TO THE TOILET." Then my dad said OK. I heard him talking about the thing that I said to him on the phone to Samantha. Then I heard her saying,"NO! I want to sit on the chair! I WANT TO SIT ON THE CHAIR!!!" I text my dad.

Me: Dad! I'll bring the chair outside and you have to put it in her room!!!

Then he replied.

Dad: Okay!

I was relieved. I hid Pip under the bed, took everything away from the door and bring that stupid chair outside. "Here dad,"I said. He nodded and bring the chair in Samantha's room. Then I bring Pip up on my bed again. It was twelve noon and Samantha is asleep. I was also asleep but not so that long. Pip was sleeping beside me like an ordinary human. When I woke up, I kissed on Pip's forehead. I took my iPhone and Pip to the bathroom quickly. I needed my phone to text my dad if Samantha woke up then she have to play something or continuing sleeping.

In the evening, I showered and wore my comfy pajamas and went down to eat dinner. But before that I put Pip under the bed and eat. I know right? It's so disgusting.

At ten pm, I went to sleep and I locked my door and window. Then I hid Pip under my blanket so that NO ONE can see her.

Next day, I woke up and kissed on Pip's forehead again. Then I heard a loud banging on my door. "ALYSSA??? ALYSSA!!!" Samantha said. "What the fuck does she want this time?" I mumbled to myself.

I opened my door and saw her with her puppy eyes. "Please stop banging the door AND GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I shouted with all my might so that the houses opposite mine can hear me.

My mom and dad ran up the stairs. "What happened, Alyssa?" my mom asked me. I replied,"Ughhhhhh!!! Mom, Samantha won't stop bothering me! She's very irritating!!!"

I turned my back and slammed the door firmly that my family photo that was hung beside my light switched fell and broke. But I didn't care about it that much. I took a family photo of me, Samantha, my dad and my mom that was in my drawer, took my scissors from my desk drawer and cut out Samantha from the picture. "I'm so sorry for you, you fucking bitch..." I said.
