Chapter Five - Hangouts!

I waved at Zoey like she's my big sister and I'm so happy about her. Then I feel like a dog hanging it's head out of the window and sniffing the air.

So then I walked around the school to see for the door labeled '12 GRADE ART'.

I opened the door and I said in my head,'Oh my god. This class is quiet and they're all looking at me. I can feel my heart thumping really hard because the minute I walked into this class I already fall in love with this REALLY cute guy. I sat down at a seat. Then this girl beside me on my left said,"Hi I'm Kristie and that guy over there is Josh." That Josh guy heard what Kristie said and then immediately waved at me. I did a small wave at him and grinned.

During lunch, I went to my locker and took out my lunch bag. I mean, most of the students buy food from the vending machine or from the cafeteria while I'm here eating my mom's sandwich which was made by her manicured, self-tanned hands. I was about to walk to the toilet (because I got no one to sit with during lunch) when suddenly someone shouted,"Hey! Alyssa! Come here!" I went to Zoey where her table was under a big tree. Well actually all the trees are the same size so I can't really tell the difference.

So then I approached to Zoey's table. I saw Zoey and these two girls. Those two looked nice.

So the first friend has long, wavy, brown hair till her waist. Her brown hair got major blonde highlights. She was wearing the same cheerleading outfit that Zoey wears, but I couldn't see her name as her back wasn't facing me and her long hair is covering her name. She wore big, black Versace sunglasses so I couldn't see the colour of her eyes. The second friend has long red hair in two braids, wearing the same cheerleading outfit like her friends and wearing a white cap. She had three piercings on her right and left ear. The colour of her eyes were emerald green. At the back of her cheerleading outfit, it said 'Jennifer!' Well I guess I could know a lot of the cheerleading girls since I could see their names from the back.

Then Zoey said,"Jennifer and Carrie, this is Alyssa. Alyssa, these girls are Carrie and Jennifer. And also, you can call Jennifer as Jen". "Hi," I said, almost reaching out my hand to shake hands with them. I have no idea why I just LOVE to shake hands with people. I mean, I do like shaking people's hands but it's like, I don't shake people's hands if I see them sweating. 'Cause you know, it's disgusting.

I sat down just opposite the three of them. I took out the sandwich from my lunch bag and stared at it. After a while of staring, I started biting out parts of the sandwich and eating it. Then Zoey leaned over to Jennifer and told her something. Then she passed the message to Carrie.

After lunch we had Biology. I had the same class with Josh. After Biology, I went to my locker and spin the lock.

I heard footsteps coming and I was hoping it would be Zoey but no, it was Josh.

When Josh asked me to follow him, I got excited.' OMG. Where is he bringing me?! Sooooo excited. Yay!!!' I said, in my head.

He brought me around the whole school. Good thing he brought me all around the school so that I know where to go. Once we finished, Josh followed me to my locker. I was like in my head,' Why did ya follow meh?! Can I have some privacy?!' Then he said,"Okay, so uhmmm... Can you hang out with me and Kristie after school?""Umm... Okay then..."I replied, feeling weird and rubbing my arm.

After school, I packed my bag and told Kristie I'm ready to go."Great! Now, let's go in Josh's car," she said."Umm... Okay,"I said.

I got inside Josh's car and his car is a... Mazda??? Okay, now I got even more nervous of him.

So when we reached there, Josh's house was a terrace with a pool and jacuzzi. 'Wow!!! Nice home!'I said, in my head. Inside his house was cool! When we all got inside the house, Josh showed us his home (Well it probably his parent's house) and outside at his jacuzzi and pool.

Then we went in the kitchen. His kitchen was like... Soooo nice! His fridge was a good brand, his sink was nice, counters and drawers have nice colours and his stove and oven is like... How should I say... Shiny! Then Josh opened the fridge door. He took out some snacks for us to eat and also dessert.

Then while he's still taking other food out, I just walked around the house. Then I stopped for a while and looked at this picure which has this woman with medium blonde hair, wearing a shirt with sleevless jacket, pair of skinny torn jeans at the knee part and sneakers. Then I asked,"Hey, who's this woman?""Oh. Her? Oh, she's my Mom,"Josh replied. God, I'm so lame...
