Chapter Eight - Late For School
----------------------------------------------------------
Next morning I woke up, rubbed my eyes and took my clothes that I'm suppose to wear today. Then I wore my dress with laced ruffles, put on my light makeup and wore my sneakers. Then I looked at my phone and got shocked. Why? Because I was late for school. I took my backpack and ran down the stairs. I then ate my breakfast that was prepared by Mom. I got even more shocked when my Mom is STILL putting on her lipstick. The reason WHY she made breakfast without putting her lipstick is because she doesn't want her lips to be dirty and all. I said dirty because whenever she taste the food, her lips will be dirty with the food splatered on her lips.
Then I screamed,"Mom! I'm finished with my breakfast! I'm gonna be late for school!!! Hurry up and start the car now!""Okay sweetie. But just don't start the car yourself because you are not an expert in cars," she said. "Oh yes I do know how to start up a car," I said. Then I quickly took my bag (which is on the chair), ran outside and got in the car. I loved how the car smells inside.
My Mom was wearing her original clothes with her heels. She then started the car and drove the car all the way to my school. She then drove fast when it's in the highway or something you call it. Then I got bored. I started to take out my phone and check my Facebook. I saw my old friend, Jessie, messaged me. I quickly look at the message.
Jessie: Hey there Alyssa. Long time no see. I rlly miss u :'( When can we meet again? I rlly miss u so much... Please don't forget about me. I was your BEST buddy ever. Hope I see you one day...
OMG. That letter is so sad. I could have cried when I saw it. Then I replied.
You: OMG. I also miss u friend. My BBE (Best buddy ever) or should I say BFF (Best friend forever). Me too. Hope I see you one day :( ilysm! (I love you so much)
Then I logged off and put my phone back in my bag.
Then we reached school. I saw the mean girl (AGAIN) in front of the huge glass door grand entrance. Then I bravely walked to the glass door and ignored her. When I was about to open the huge glass door, the mean girl said," HEY! Are you forgetting me?! You're suppose to walk through this door beside me and say good morning to me!" "Why must I say good morning to you? Didn't your parents said good morning to you? And plus, must I really walk through that door beside you? If yes, then how come the construction builders built the other doors?" I replied, being natural.
