Chapter 9: Attracted at First Sight?

Eggman: ( growls.) Retreat!

And Eggman flies away with his Eggmobile.

Tails and Sticks stood up. Sonic notices the silhouette that saves them.

Sonic: Who was that?
Sticks: ( looks.) AHH!! It was Batman!!!
???: What? I'm not Batman, you weirdo.
Sticks: Who is a weirdo???
Tails: Excuse me? Who are you?
???: My name is Faith. Faith the Hedgehog.
Sonic: Faith? Your name is Faith?
Faith: Yes, are you deaf?
Sonic: Sorry. Hehe...
Tails: Umm...Thanks for saving us.
Faith: No prob, Tails.
Tails: (o.O) What?? How did you...?
Faith: How did I know your name? Well....

She jumps and falls to the ground. She now shows herself, with her quills swaying around.

Faith: I'm a fangirl!
Knuckles: Uhh... What is a fangirl?
Sonic: Well, that's awesome! But how did you know us??
Sticks: Maybe she is a government spy!!
Faith: What?? No, I'm not, Sticks.
Sticks: Ahh!! How did you know my name?!
Tails: Calm down, Sticks. She's not really a spy.
Faith: Anyway, I know you guys because when I was in another island, I heard some news about you guys. You are actually heroes. I watch every news in the night to check if you save this island. I wanna be like you, guys.
Sonic: Well....You saved our lives though.
Amy: (arrives at the gang.) Uhh, guys. What just happened??
Tails: Actually, someone saved the village.
Amy: Ehh...It's Sonic, right?
Tails: No. (points his finger to Faith.) She saved the village.
Amy: Huh??
Faith: Hi, Amy Rose!
Amy: (O_O) Wha..?
Knuckles: She's a fangirl, but I don't even know what that means.
Sonic: Pfft... Knucklehead, you didn't know?
Amy: Anyways, though, it's been a pleasure to meet you, Ms....
Faith: It's Faith.
Amy: Ms....Faith. I'm proudly
happy that you saved the village!
Faith: Ehh...Thanks..
Sonic: So, are you hungry??
Faith: Actually, yes.
Sonic: Why can't we go to Meh Burger and have a chat?
Faith: Yeah, that's cool.
Sonic: So, let's go.

Then the gang walked through Meh Burger.

Faith: ( holds Sonic's arm.) I am really your biggest fan. Please give me your autograph in my small diary. Hehe...
Sonic: Well, hehe. 😅😅 Maybe later. ( smirks.)
Tails: ( whispers to Knuckles.) Sonic has still flirting abilities. Lol.
Knuckles: Pfft...Seriously, Tails?
Amy: ( notices Sonic and Faith chatting.) Hmm... They just met. Why are they getting closer?

And they arrived.

After 3 minutes,
They now had their foods that they ordered.

Sonic and Faith are still chatting while they are eating. Amy still notices them. She can't even chew her food.

Sticks: GUYS!!!! ( runs like she was being attacked by an alien. LOL. )

The gang shocked at Sticks' scream. Amy almost choked her food.

Amy: Sticks, what the heck??
Tails: You shocked us to death, Sticks.
Sticks: Oh, hehe...Sorry about that.
Sonic: Anyways, where have you been? We didn't notice that you were gone.
Sticks: It takes 5 minutes to find you guys. I though you got kidnapped.
Sonic: No, I mean, where have you been?
Sticks: Because when you guys are chatting, I saw something spinning from the sky, I think it was aliens. So I didn't notice that you guys were gone. I was like OMG, I was frightened that I though that you were kidnapped by an alien!
Faith: Uhh... Aliens?
Sticks: Yes! I think.
Faith: Haha, you are funny.
Sticks: Whatever. I saw it with my five senses!
Faith: OK, OK. I get it.

After a long silence more like 15 seconds, Sonic and Faith keeps chatting.

Amy felt something in her mind.

Amy: ( sighs deeply.)
Sticks: What is that?
Amy: Nothing, Sticks.

Amy's POV
Man, something is in my head. I don't know what is this. Everytime I saw Sonic and Faith chatting, I felt something. Oh no... This is not good. I felt jealous. Come on, Amy. Stop thinking about them.

Normal POV
They finished eating at Meh Burger.

6:30 P.M
Sonic: Well, that was good chat.
Faith: Yeah, I think so.
Sonic: See ya tomorrow, Faith.
Faith: See ya tomorrow.

And the gang went to their huts.

8:00 P.M
In Sonic's shack....
Sonic's POV
Faith was very good to talk with her. I hope I see her again tonorrow. She was the best fangirl i've ever seen. Woah. Maybe my feelings.... were very happy when I talk to her. Oh no. I think I'm in love with her? I just met her like 4 hours ago. But it doesn't matter. I like her from now. I need to use my flirting skills to make me attractive to Faith.

8:10 P.M
Normal POV
In Amy's shack....
Amy arrived at her shack. She saw Cream at the window.

Amy: Hey, Cream.
Cream: Hi, Amy.
Amy: ( goes in.) So what happened to Cheese?
Cream: Cheese is alright. He can now use his powers.
Amy: Great. ( sits on her couch and frowns.)
Cream: Hey, Amy. What's wrong?
Amy: Oh, nothing. ( picks her pillow and lies down.)
Cream: Is there a sarcasm or not?
Amy: Ugh! OK, there's something wrong today.
( stands up and stroke her quills hard.)
Cream: ( sits on the couch.)
Amy: ( sits on the couch too.) So, here's the point. When Sonic meets Faith, he immediately talks to her like 4 hours. They just met. I-I don't know why.
Cream: Ohhh..Maybe you are just jealous.
Amy: What? No!
Cream: Come on, Amy. You're my best friend. It's normal to be jealous, you know.
Amy: Y-Yeah, I was. (>__<*)
Cream: So you still like him?
Amy: Yes! Maybe like forever. I mean why? Sonic and I were been friends in a long time. We talked each other and we ate at Meh Burger everyday but he still doesn't seem to have a crush on me.
Cream: There's absolutely something wrong today.
Amy: ( sighs.) Yeah. I'm afraid that change is coming.
Cream: You do?
Amy: Yes. Before you came, nothing else changed but Sonic and I still getting closer. But now, I just don't know if everything will change. But change is inevitable.
Cream: You have a point, Amy. Don't worry, I will help you.
Amy: You can't fix this things, Cream.
Cream: Well, OK.
Amy: Maybe I should go sleep now.
Cream: Can I sleep here?
Amy: Of course, but Sticks and I will find you a shelter.

And they started to get their thick blankets and lays it down on the floor, and they slept.
