Chapter 21: Cute or Romantic..?

Sonic calls Tails, Knuckles, and Sticks to talk with them.

Sonic: Guys, I have news for you.
Tails: Oh, I know this. 😏
Knuckles: What news?
Sticks: Probably donuts are going to invade us!
Knuckles: Donuts? Like an unidentified flying donut?
Sticks: Sorta. I saw it in a movie.
Sonic: Stop this nonsense. The news is.... Amy and I are dating today.
Tails: I knew it!
Knuckles: Wow! Congrats!
Sticks: Aww... I thought there's going to be a donut apocalypse.
Sonic: A donut apocalypse?
Knuckles: I would rather eat or kill it with my flamethrower to roast it.
Sonic: Anyways, I gotta go. I need to prepare myself.
Tails: OK. Good luck with your date. 😉

3: 00 P.M
Amy called Sticks to ask for help.
Amy: So Sticks. I have important news to tell you.
Sticks: Let me guess. You are having a date with Sonic.
Amy: H-How did you..?
Sticks: Sonic already told us.
Amy: And you know what that means?
Sticks: What?
Amy: We're officially dating!!!
Sticks: Lol. I know right?
Amy: So my problem is I don't know what to dress.
Sticks: Let me pick something in your closet.

Sticks makes a mess on her closet.

Amy: Sticks! Why are you making a mess in my room?!
Sticks: I don't know what outfit really fits you.
Amy: Oh. I guess this dress is just fine for me.

Amy notices something purple on the floor. That catches her attention. She picks it up and it was a purple blazer. (That outfit actually inspired by E-vay's Comic, "My Gal".)

Amy: Hmm.. I think this is way better.
Sticks: You're right! You remember the time when Mombot gives me that outfit?
Amy: That is a sweater, Sticks. This is a blazer.
Sticks: Wait. Is that outfit burning?
Amy: Huh?
Sticks: I mean, blazer comes from the word blaze so probably that outfit might catch fire.
Amy: Sticks... (-_-)
Sticks: I'm serious.
Amy: Don't take things too seriously. I need to get myself ready for the date.

While Sonic makes a bouquet of flowers that he took from a temple, Tails come in to tell something for him.

Tails: Hey, Sonic.
Sonic: Oh, hi. What's up?
Tails: Seems you're ready on a date.
Sonic: Haha. I know.
Tails: So, Sonic. Can I suggest something?
Sonic: Sure, go on.
Tails: Do you still remember your guitar?
Sonic: Oh. ( looks at him.) Ohhh!!! I almost forgot that!
Tails: Do you remember the lyrics?
Sonic: Yes, sorta.
Tails: Then use your guitar and show your skills to her!
Sonic: I don't think I can do this.
Tails: Sonic. You're hiding this in a long time! You should be brave enough to her because you already have her! Just think that everything will be fine.
Sonic: Thanks, Tails for not giving up on me. ( hugs him.)
Tails: Yeah, it's fine.
Sonic: So how do I hide it before I sing a song with her?
Tails: Let me do it. I'll give it to you when it's time to show your guitar skills.
Sonic: Thanks, Tails. Oh BTW, I need to fix myself.
Tails: Need any help?
Sonic: No, thanks. I can do it all by myself. 😏
Tails: Oh, hahaha.

4: 00 P.M
Sonic's POV
I felt nervous. I think it is going to be the best because I finally have my girl, Amy. It's been years before I confess my feelings to her. I already have my bouquet of flowers for her. The only problem is that I'm not sure if I still remember the tune that I'm going to use for the song. This song is perfect for her. And I wish our relationship lasts longer.

Amy's POV
I can't believe my long time dream finally came true! I'm now fixing myself in the mirror. I already forgot everything in the past, so now I think this is going to be the loveliest day in my life.
