Chapter 5

As I sat in the hot water. I was thinking, what would life be. If I wasn't alive. if I was never born. If I never said 'yes' to Kaleb. I washed my face with water. I can't think... My mind is really fucked up. I got out, wrapped a towel around my body, walked to my room. I changed into my black jeans, black vans and my while long sleeve shirt. I grabbed my iPod and walked to the front door. I put my headphones in and listen to The Fray. I walked to the park and got on the swings.

I just sat making my feet move me a little bit. I was crying but silently. I heard someone sit next to me on the other swing. Doing to same as me, just looking at there feet. I looked over and saw who it was...Mason.

"Why do you keep on following me?" He looked up at me.

"I didn't follow you..." I didn't say a word.

"Drew?"

"What?"

"What happened this morning?"

"Mason... I don't know to talk about it..."

"You can't keep this to yourself."

"Mason. I told you just leave it alone!!" I said angrily. He just sighed. I got off the swing and started walking towards my house. I felt someone catching up with me. They grabbed my wrist. I turned around to see Mason.

"Mason. Please just leave me alone. "

"Why?"

"Because I don't need someone telling me what to do with my life."

"I'm not telling you what to do. I'm just doing the right thing. I'm trying to help you" I just jerked my hand away and walked home.

I went through the door and saw my mom there.

"Honey, dad and I won't be home for two weeks for a trip." "Alright" "promise me one thing?" "What is it?"

"Take good care of yourself. "

"Ok mom. "

"Alright. I love you"

"I love you too" she walks out the door.

"I love you too dad."

"No boys over here, ok?"

"Of course dad." he smiled, kissed my head and walked out. I sighed. I walked upstairs, into my room. Input on my tank too and pajamas. I heard a knock on my window. I opened it and saw Xavier.

"Talk Now."
