I stare out at the beautiful woman in front of me. Nature has done wonders for the Kid as she stood around 5'6, She still wears her purple striped sweater, especially since it was getting into the colder seasons now, and she switches her shorts for a pair of skinny jeans that showed off the curves of her body pretty well. Her hair was still around shoulder level and was neatly kept all the time. When she went off to school and got older, many guys couldn't keep their distance and tried to get at her heart, but she always turned them down, friend zoned a few of them, the poor bastards. There have been a few that tried a little too hard but with not only yours truly, but also her adoptive mother and father....Let's just say they wont be going near her again.
It was at this moment that I realized Frisk was actually talking back at me, snapping me out of my stupid trance.
Frisk giggles softly, "Heya Sans! I was just in the neighborhood, and I was wondering if you'd like to the mall with me, my mom sent me on a shopping trip since she is busy at her school today and dad was doing paperwork. and since we happen to be off today, I figured you'd be a great person to chat to as I do my chores."
Before I could answer, I could hear my brother coming up to the door.
"SANS! WHO IS AT THE--- OH! WELL HELLO FRISK! HOW ARE YOU TODAY!" Papyrus answers with his usual booming voice.
"Hi Papyrus! How have you been?" Frisk answers, I moved out of the way to let the two talk.
"I HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL! I WAS ACTUALLY MAKING US SOME BREAKFAST! CARE TO JOIN US?" Papyrus asks, opening the door for Frisk.
"Sure! I haven't had your world famous Spaghetti in a long time!" Frisk answers with a smile on her face, making Papyrus beam with pride.
"NYEE HEH HEH! WELL COME ON IN AND I WILL FIX YOU A PLATE!" Papyrus said as he walks back into the kitchen
Frisk walks in and I close the door again, once again stuck in my stupid little world about how ungodly beautiful she was. but luckily she didn't get a chance to see the blue blush on my face as she looks around the house and compliment it.
"Wow! it looks just like your old home in Snowdin. Everything seems like a perfect match!" she said in astonishment "even your sock is still here." She said with a giggle.
"Heh. yeah, to Paps irritation. But yeah, so I hope you are ready for some pasta because you are going to be loaded up with it." I said with a smile and a deep breath through the gaps in my teeth
"Oh Sans, it's not that bad! Papyrus makes some really good Spaghetti. you know that!" She said with a smile, turning around to face me, Making me look in another direction so I wouldn't blush like a maniac for a third freaking time that day.
"I know, but you would change your tune if you had it every single day, I just wish that he would use his "Noodle" and figure out that there are other types of food out there." I said with a chuckle
Frisk laughs lightly at my horrible pun and punches me gently in the shoulder "I forgotten how much I missed your puns. Anyway, so what's your answer?"
"Huh? OH! For going shopping, sure I dont mind if you dont mind having a bag of bones like me by your side." I said with a shrug
Frisk and I walk into the kitchen where Papyrus had three plates full of Spaghetti on them and beckoned us to take a seat. when we sat down, we all began to eat. Like I said, I don't hate Paps' cooking, I just wished he would figure out how to cook something other than Spaghetti. After we all finished, Paps collected the dirty silverware and plates and placed them in the sink to be washed later. He let the house, telling us he was going out to Undyne's for training. Frisk and I bid him farewell and then I teleported up to my room. I threw on my iconic blue jacket, zipped it up and then walked back downstairs to meet up with frisk. I grabbed my cellphone and keys, put them in my pocket and then walked out with frisk, locking up the house behind me before we set off to the Mall.
"So Kiddo, what do you need to get at the mall?" I asked her, looking up at her.
"Oh you know" She said with a smile, "Bread, Milk, Eggs, butter, etc. just stuff to restock the fridge, and since Christmas is about two months away, I thought I'd look around and try to find gifts for everyone." She said with a giggle
"Do you think it's a good idea for me to come then? I might tell the others what you got them, or I might peak at you when you go off to get mine." I said jokingly, chuckling softly
She laughs gently and waves me off before speaking, "Well, I know for a fact you wouldn't tell, you are good at keeping secrets, and I don't have to worry about you peaking because I already got your present." She said with a triumphant grin.
"Heh I see, well I guess there is no other time like the 'Present' to get gifts for everyone" I said with a grin of my own to her.
She laughs loudly at my bad puns, making my heart flutter. She is one of the reasons I still make these jokes, because I just love hearing her laugh. "Sans that was awful!" She said as she shook her head.
"Heh, well you know, I have a 'gift' for these types of things, I cant just 'wrap' up my comedian gig, or else there will be no one else to tickle your 'rib-bone'" I said, just shooting out one bad pun after anther just to listen to her laugh.
It wasn't long until we reach the Mall. Frisk puts on her determination face on and begins to walk around, collecting her items for her house hold, which once in a bag, I used my powers to make them float to keep both of us from straining ourselves too much. that was the easy part, the hard part was trying to find the gifts for everyone.
Papyrus, Undyne and Alphys were the easiest to find. we got Papyrus a cook book, Undyne some training equipment, and Alpys the newest addiction to her favorite Manga. the hard part was Toriel, Asgore, Mettaton, Blooky and Muffet. We looked around for an hour before finally deciding on new baking mittens for Tori, Gardening tools for Asgore, A diary for Mettaton since he/she(?) likes to collect them, blooky a new pair of headphones, and Muffet we got some pastry decorators. By the time we left the mall, it was near closing. The sun had set and the streetlights were on and before we could head home, Frisk grabbed my hand and ran down the streets, I had to maintain my powers to make sure the supplies and gifts we brought were safe and secure. once we finally stopped, Frisk had led me to the city's park.
"I thought it be a great place fore us to rest for a sec since we've been on our feet all day" She said softly and smiles gently. with a look like that, I just couldn't say no.
We sat down and watched as people left the park and stars appear in the sky, we sat their in a comfortable silence for a few minutes before frisk started talking again.
"Hey sans....can I ask you a question" She asked nervously.
I looked at her confused, wondering what she was nervous about, "Sure Frisk, you can ask me anything, what's on your mind?"
It took her a minute, probably gather her determination to continue on before finally asking something that would completely send me in shock.
"Have you ever....been in love?"
