       The next day, I got ready for school. Just another boring day of school life. I put on a pair of skinny old Jeans, a pink  tank top, a blue hoodie that had 'OMG' in pink at the back and a  black vans. As usual, I commuted to scbool and walked to our everyday meeting spot to meet Abby.
       Abby had brown  curly hair, and had this greenish eyes. She had this Italian accent that attracted guys easily. No wonder Daniel got too attracted.
          Andre on the other hand wS lso pretty daughter of a rich man from only God knows where. She had the perfect skin tone, had dimples that were not too breathe taken. Gosh ! Not that im jealous or something it's just some fact you should know harhar.....
I sat down besides Abby who had her head down with her headset on. I wonder what she's thinking that she didn't even notice me I thought... "hey!" I began " I cant tell you how excited I am this moment.... Nicky spoke!! I wished I recorded it so you would hear how adorable her little vOice is!" I squealed I only stopped when I heard her sniff. Was she crying? I wondered "Abby?" I called making her to face me. She was really crying it made me feel hurt. My heart ached a lot.
"What's wrong? I asked  "stop crying now please tell me" I said " he took advantage of me again" she explained bitterly "what?!" I exclaimed "and when I told my aunt about it she didn't believe me ..... I mean why on earth will I lie or make this up about something like this?!" She stated " shhhh.. shhhh ...... it's ok" I consoled "I don't want to go back there anymore" she said "what?! Where will you go?" I asked confused "anywhere but there" she stated and broke down again " oh Abby I wished I can do anything to help you .... I mean you know how the situation is at the house right?"I said " it's ok Mona just by been here for me helps a lot" she said smiling. We hugged  for the longest time before heading to our first class...... Abby's parent died a long time ago. Since then she lived with her aunt and stepfather... I thought David is the worst stepfather ever but I never knew there are more evil ones like that of Abby's.
Abby has no say in the house nor is she allowed to complain but one thing for sure is that she always fight back.
     During lunch break, Abby and I talked about the unfortunate incident and I couldn't help but feel bad for her. Can people be this inhuman? I thought "well I can talk to my boss at the restaurant so in case he have a job vacancy" I suggested and she agreed to it... " and you know he also rents out apartments.... cheap and affordable. Maybe you can at least manage it before you find another place" I added "ok maybe Saturday we can go see the place?" She suggested and I nodded happily. It's a good thing I could help my friend.
    "Hello ladies!" Daniel said sitting behind me. Abby gave him a disgusting look and stood up immediately "hey relax babes where are you off to?" He asked " you really are a jerk aren't you?" She said "oh babes you have to learn to tolerate me you know because as much as you hate to see me around, I'll always be there" he smirked " you want to get a taste of what happened to you again?" She questioned. "You know? The next time you bug me i'll make sure i have your brain for my dog for desert or better yet, ill make sure you get a face reconstruction!" Abby added, Dan then stood up alerted and i could feel void he left . I wish he could stay there forever i thought sarcastically. "Cant you see im being nice?" Dan said " well mister kind jerk! I dont need your being nice because it irritate me badly" she replied and i chuckled lowly. "Cant we just be friends? Please" he asked " im sorry i dont need you ! Maybe it'll be nice if you be my dogs right hand man and since its lonely like you , you can easily tag along " she said. Ouch! That hurts i thought you can as well refer him to me you know i thought...." stay away or you dont want to get hurt" she added rolling her eyes.....I immediately went overto stop her from doing anything further that'll create a scene " let go off me Mona! I think he hasn't gotten enough already this jerk needs to be taught a lesson" she shouted "no Abby let's go from here he's not worth it" I blurted and where did that come from?! I thought _wow Mona you did it you did it_ my conscience bugged. _are you ok perhaps?_ it added whatever  I shrugged. We left the cafeteria before people began to stare but it seems it was already too late because anywhere we went people stare! Such pest! I thought
        Abby left for her class, biology it wouldnt be long and they would be done. While I sat in the study. I felt a tight grip on my lower arm and I turned immediately to look who it was. " Daniel!" I mumbled "yes babes who else" he said  _does he really call everyone babes? That's cruel_ my conscience spoke.  He spoke behind my ear and I could feel his breathe on my bear skin. For goodness sake he was inches away! His minty breathe filled the air _there you go again Mona don't exaggerate_ my conscience spoke. " why is that friend of yours so grumpy huh?" He said chewing his bubble gum slowly. " I heard she only listens to you and no one else....I also heard that you 're her right Hand woman" he added "well.... um.....er.... I.... no!" I said blabbering. "Shhhh......shhhh... you don't have to say anything I just need your help" he stated "I can't" I said "of course you can!" He shouted and I shut my eyes. He startled me!  I kept blabbering and nothing more until Abby came by "what do you think you're doing ?" She said " relax we were just talking" he said heading towards her. "This isn't over yet " he said to me and left without turning. For some minutes, I felt like I was in another world I mean I was this close to Dan! I squealed "hey! What 're you ssmiling about" Abby said hitting my head "ouch Abby that hurts you know " I said.... " can't I smille again?" I added " yeah right" she rolled her eyes " common let's grab something to eat" she said and we both left...
