Bodies Changed

Acceptance

We quickly arrived to this weird looking book shop. It was quite scary as a matter of fact well mostly creepy. Well lets see if we find something useful here. Killian and I stood at the door, both hesitant to enter. We looked at each other and smiled. He extended his hand and I held it. "Well here goes nothing." I say and Killian pulls me back.

I gave him a baffled look. "What's wrong Killian?" He half smiles. "I just want to say something, just in case you know we do get our bodies back and we go back to our lives." I nod. "What?" "Thank you, I know I'm a hassle and nobody really likes me but it was quite an adventure. I'm so over being inside a woman's body." I laugh.

"Oh Killian, don't worry about it, how about we worry about getting our bodies back then say our thank you's after?" He nods. I open the door. "Ladies first." I say and he chuckles. "Ha ha, very funny." He says as he walks in. I laugh and walked right behind him. We stood there and take a look around the creepy book store.

"Welcome." We hear a voice say. We quickly turn around and we see a woman standing behind the front counter. We walk up to her and greet her. "Hello, miss?" She smiles. "Cora." I smile. "Hi I'm Killian and this is Emma." She smiles. "No you're wrong." I gave her a weird look.

She walks around the counter and looks at us from head to toe. She then looks at my eyes. I can't help but be a bit freaked out. She then goes and sees Killian's eyes. She then sees our hands and smiles. "Ah yes, just as I thought." I gave her a weird look. She walks back to the counter and takes out some books.

"You are in each other's bodies am I correct?" We nod. "Yes your Aura's were revealing something odd to me." Killian and I stood there quietly. "Now now lets see what it says here." She starts to skim the books. "Hmm these soul transfers are pretty tricky." We nod.

"By any chance were you guys struck with lighting or something like that?" We shake our heads. "Oh wait we had gone to a book shop and a man named Mr. Gold told us that there might have been an even that we both participated in that might have caused the transfer." She nods. "Mr Gold, and an event you say?" I nod. "Ok, well lets see." She continues to read. She then pulls a strand of hair from Killian and I and starts to do something. She starts to walk around and starts to do who knows what.

I scoff. She's just wasting our time. "Killian let's go." I whisper to Killian. "Why she might be able to help us." I scoff. "I don't think so, let's go get some real help." I say and start to walk out. "I wouldn't leave if I were you Emma Marie Swan." I gasp and turn around.

"How do you know my name?" She smiles deviously and continues to read then sighs. She closes the book and puts it away. "I'm sorry but I won't be able to to get you back to your previous bodies." I scoff. "See what did I tell you Killian." He scoffs. "You mean you can't or you won't." Killian says and gives Cora a death glare. She chuckles. "Oh no trust me if I could I would help you but it's simply not possible."

"Why?" We both scream. "Well there is a price to pay but that's not the case. I'm sorry but you will have to live in each other's bodies for the rest of your lives, when two people are meant to be together not even the universe can keep them apart." I gasp. That's something similar to what Mr. Gold had said. I look at Killian but he didn't seem to understand so I scoff to play it off. "We don't want to be together we want our bodies back, lets go Killian, I knew this was a waste of time." Killian nods. We start to make our way to the door. "I wish you two the best of luck." I scoff and closed the door.

We walked outside and were disappointed beyond belief. "I'm sorry Killian, I guess we will have to live like this for the rest of our lives." He nods. "Well at least we didn't get ourselves wrapped up in all that dark magic stuff because if we did, it would have been bad." I nod. "So I guess what's left is to learn to live each other's lives?" He nods. "We will find another way but in the mean time we will have to live each other's lives." I nod.

He caresses my cheek. "Don't worry I will help you and I hope you will help me." I nod and smile. "Sucks I thought after today I would be rid of you." He chuckles. "You can't get rid of me that easily Miss Swan." I laugh. "I guess so." We both stood there then sighed. We quickly walked to the car and drove away.

After minutes of driving we arrive to my apartment. We sat there in silence not knowing what will happen next. "You want to.." Killian tries to ask me but my phone goes off. "Wait sorry, can you answer for me it's August." He nods and smiles. "Hey Emma, I was wondering if you will be able to help out with the charity event in two days?" I sigh.

"Tell him no." I whisper. "Hey Im sorry but.." August interrupts him. "Oh Emma, you wouldn't want your parents to know the truth now, why would you say no? Want them to know that their little girl isn't so little and innocent?" I sigh and shake my head. "Fine." I say. Killian gave me a weird look. "Ok August fine but I gotta go." Killian says and hangs up.

"Emma what was that all about?" I sigh. "It was nothing." He gave me a weird look. "Ok fine I'll tell you tomorrow, you want to go and hang out so we can more or less talk about each others families?" He nods. "Ok tomorrow I'll come and pick you up, if you need anything just text me." Killian nods. "See you tomorrow." He waves and makes his way to my apartment.

As soon as he walks in I start to make my way back to his house. As soon as I arrive I park on the curb and made my way up to his room. His parents aren't even home and neither are his sisters. Better for me the less I interact with them the better. I walked into his room and sat on the bed. I sighed. I guess I am going to live in Killian's body for the rest of my life.
