Bad News

After the incident that happened at the gym, we have been very overprotective with Rhea. She continued to give symptoms of magic but she doesn't notice them. School had started so she spends most of her time there, which annoys me so we decided that it was best for her to get a substitute for the rest of the school year.

She didn't like the idea but of course Tyler was the only one to convince her that it was the best thing. Today was her last day at school so we decided that today she was going to meet Regina and Merlin.

It's a miracle that they decided to help but it wasn't easy convincing Merlin because him and Tyler aren't in good terms. We are all at my house and I'm getting really nervous. I don't want to lose my daughter or my grand daughter so I hope Regina and Merlin can help out.

I'm sitting down in the dinning room just staring at my watch. That's when Killian covers it. "Everything will be fine." I sigh. "Killian we lost her once, I will not survive if I lose her again." He sits down next to me and hugs me. "We won't." I smile and that's when I hear the doorbell ring.

Killian goes and opens it and it was Tyler with Merlin and Regina. Regina comes and hugs me. "Hey Emma." I smile. "Thank you for coming." She smiled. "Of course anything to help Rhea." I smile. "Emma, Killian meet my father Merlin." Killian and I go and shake hands with him.

"Thank you for coming, I know it must have been..." Merlin shakes his head. "I would do anything to help save the lives of my daughter in law and grand baby." I smile. That's when Rhea walked in. She gave Regina and Merlin a baffled look. "Love who are they?" Rhea asks as Tyler walks up to her. "My father, and Regina." She gasps.

"Nice to meet my husband's father, I'm sorry.." Merlin puts his hands up. "It's ok sweetie, but now we have met and that's all that matters." Rhea nods. "Oh and this is Regina, my friend from High School," I nervously say. Rhea nods. "Nice to meet you Regina," she says and shakes Regina's hand.

I look at Regina and she looked so heartbroken, I know she misses Rhea terribly. Rhea then smiles. "So what brings you two to my parents home?" Merlin waves his hand and Rhea passes out and falls into Tyler's arms. He then goes and places Rhea on top of the dinning room table.

Merlin puts his hands on Rhea's belly and he screams. "You were right son," he says as he looks as his burnt hands. Tyler nods. Regina then goes through a book she had brought with her. Merlin continues to do stuff and I'm just panicking. Killian then comes and holds my hand. I smile and nod.

"I feel a great evil in here." I gasp. He closes his eyes as he puts his hands above Rhea's belly. He then gasps. "Rhea and her baby, are destined for darkness." I scoff. "What?" He nods. "The child, if Rhea were to survive both will be possessors of Dark Magic." I gasp.

That's when Regina sighs. "It's true." I shake my head. "How do you know?" "It says here, I felt the type of magic, and since both her parents have magic, and both wielding dark magic in the past, she will be born out of that." I gasp. Tyler scoffs then goes and caresses Rhea's face. My heart broke.

"And that's not all, they will both be unstoppable." I gasp. "Is there any way to stop them?" Merlin sighs. "Well we can either kill the baby when it's born, or just kill Rhea." I gasp. "What type of decision is that?" Merlin sighs. "You came to me for help and this is me helping you." Tyler shakes his head. "No what if we drain her of all the magic dad?" Merlin shakes his head.

"It won't work, the magic will have to go somewhere else." I sigh. "No I will not let you kill my baby." Regina then sighs. "There is another way." I smile. "What is it?" She sighs. "Go back in time, to your real lives." I gave her a baffled look. "What do you mean?" She sighs. "My mother and Gold dictated your lives, made you live each other's lives because they knew Rhea would be their undoing but what if Rhea never existed?"

I gave her a baffled look. "What if you and Killian never met?" I scoffed. That's when the door bell rang. I gasp, I'm sure it was the kids. "I'll go distract them," Tyler says and makes his way to the front door. We hear the door close and we continued with our conversation. I shake my head. "No Regina I can't live without Killian, or my kids, that's not possible."

Merlin sighs. "It is, it's just forbidden to use, but in this case it's acceptable to do, to go back in time." "No there has to be another way." Regina sighs. "There isn't another way." "No I will find another way," I say as tears started to form in my eyes then I ran upstairs. I then see Killian and he comes and hugs me. "You said it was going to be ok." I say as I start to break down. 

I back away and Killian sighs. "I know," he says as a tear rolled down his eye. "We have to pick love, either kill them, or go back in time." I shake my head. "I cannot live without you Killian." He half smiles. "And I can't live without you." I go and hug him and buried my face in his neck. He then caresses the back of my head.

"We can't kill them, our only fate is to go back in time." Killian nods. "I was thinking the same thing." I smile. "I love you." He smiles. "And I love you," he says then kisses me. We then placed our foreheads together and held each other's hands. We then walked back down. "How do we go back in time?" Regina nods.

"Wise decision," Merlin says. "It will take time to gather up The ingredients, so I should be back tomorrow night to perform the time travel spell." I nod. "So how will this work?" Killian asks as he hugs me. "You see you two will travel back in time and I will fix what Cora and Gold did, you two will start living the lives you were supposed to be living, so in a way you two will go back to being what in your 20's, that's the age you guys met?" Killian and I nod.

"Think of it like a reset button, a button to start over, which means of course that you wont remember each other." I shake my head. "What about Rhea?" He sighs. "If you two never met then Rhea will never be born, thus the little one will never be created." I sigh. Regina then sighs. "I am truly sorry for all of this." I nod. "I just don't understand, why us?" She smiles. "You and Killian share true love, that is rare to find. People always settle, leaving the magic of true love to fly within the winds but when it's Channeled amongst two people that magic is powerful." I gasp.

"My mother and Gold knew that you two were going to end up together so in a way they forced it but manipulated it." I nod. "The love you two share is special, like one I've never seen before." I smile and held Killian's hand. "I am sorry that it has come to this." I sigh. "Well if Rhea never existed she can never die right?" She nods.

"Ok well tomorrow night I will be doing the spell, so just enjoy these last few moments that you have with your loved ones." I nod. He then walks away then Tyler walked in. "Where's..?" "It was just Leía, she went back to her friend's house and Liam is still at practice." I nod. "So what's the decision?" I sigh. "We will travel back in time." He closes his eyes and nods.

Tears started to build up in his eyes and he looks up. "That's the best decision." He goes and kisses Rhea on her forehead. "Tomorrow your dad will be performing the time travel spell." Regina says and he nods. "Then I should leave, let you enjoy the last moments with her." I shake my head. "Take her home, enjoy the last night with her, tomorrow we can all go out to eat and spend time with the rest of the family." He nods then picks Rhea up and leaves.

Regina sighs once more. "I am truly sorry for this." I sigh. "It's ok thank you for coming, I know this was hard for you." She nods then walks away. That's when it hit me Lacy won't be able to come home before the spell hits. I start to burst into tears and I fall. Killian then goes and hugs me. "I don't want to lose you, I don't want to go back in time, I want to stay with you Killian." He sighs and hugs me tighter.

"I know my love, but this is the way things have to be." I shake my head. "I love you, I can't live life without knowing you." He starts to cry as well. "I know I can't either but it's a sacrifice we must make." I bury my face in his chest. After minutes of crying I back away.

"Hey no more crying, we can't spend our last day together crying." I nod. "We will have a special night tonight, and then tomorrow spend time with our kids ok?" I nod. "I love you Killian." He smiles. "And I love you Emma."
