Heartbroken

We get to the hospital and we walk up to the receptionist and ask for Lacy. She lets us know that she's in surgery. We walk up to the waiting room up in the fifth floor and took a seat. We were both literally dead. We didn't have any emotions.

I didn't know what to do, the police said they will look into Regina and we also gave them the names Cora and gold. Hopefully they find her because I can't live on without having my little one in my arms. Lacy's fiancée wasn't here in the states so no one was here to see her besides us. An hour passed by and the doctor walks in. "Family of Lacy?" Killian and I get up.

"She lost a lot of blood, the bullets barely missed her heart but they did do significant amount of damage inside. Also due to the bruising in her head, she fell into a coma. I am so sorry but I don't know when she will wake up." I started to cry and Killian held me. "Can we go see her?" He nods and escorts us to her room.

We walk in and my heart breaks at the sight of her. She had so many wires connected to her and she has a breathing tube breathing for her. I cover my mouth as Killian is hugging me. I let go of him and I hug her as I'm balling like crazy. Killian is just standing there mad as can be. "This wasn't supposed to happen." Killian snaps. "You're right, it wasn't supposed to happen, it's all your fault." I look up at him and gasp. "What?"

"Yes I told you, even Lacy told you not to go, but no you wanted to go and see Regina." I squint my eyes and gave him a weird look. "Are you kidding me Killian?" I could tell he's angry. "If it wasn't for you our daughter would still be with us and our friend wouldn't be lying there fighting for her life!" He screams at me. I start to cry.

"You should have listened to us," he says and I nod. I stayed quiet and he starts to cry. I didn't know whether or not to go and hug him. I was pissed that he yelled at me but I get it he's hurt as am I. "Love," I say trying to hug him and he pushes me away. "No I blame you for this," he says and I continued to cry. "I'm sorry Killian, I didn't think..." That's when I see my mother in law standing there.

"What did I tell you son, why do you think I didn't want her," she says and hugs Killian. "Want to throw her in jail?" She says and I gasp. "No, what the hell, I am not throwing my wife in jail, she wasn't the one the kidnapped our child. Regina took her and we need to find her." I look at Brennan and he sighs. "I told you Emma." I nod. "I know I should have believed you." He hugs me and I continued to cry.

"Please can you guys leave me alone with Emma," Killian says and they walk out of the room. I sat on the chair and I was just heartbroken. "I'm sorry Emma, I didn't mean that I was just..." "It's ok I understand." He hugs me and we both cry in each other's arms. "We will find our daughter ok? And we will bring her home." I nod at Killian.

"Lacy and Rhea will come back to us." I nod. "Yes they will." We sat there and continued to cry in each other's arms.

Brennan's POV
I dropped off my wife at the house and drove to where Cora and Gold lived. I went up to the door and Cora greeted me at the door. "Come in," she says and I walk in. I see Regina holding Rhea. "Why did you have to shoot Lacy?" She laughs. "She was getting rough, that girl fought hard so I wouldn't take Rhea." I scoff.

"What are you two going to do with Rhea?" I ask and they chuckle. "That's none of your business." I sigh. "Promise no harm will come to her?" Cora smiles. "Of course not." She says with a devious smile. "Can I please hold her?" I ask and Regina hands me Rhea. Cora waves her hand and Regina turns back into a child. I sigh. I still couldn't believe she could do that.

"Go off and play Regina," Cora says and Regina runs away. I look down at Rhea and she's smiling at me. "You are heartless, taking her away from her parents like that?" She chuckles. "She won't remember them, I will be her new mother." I gasp. That's when my phone goes off and it's Killian. I sigh.

I felt so guilty knowing that my son was hurting because of his lost baby yet here I was holding her. I kiss Rhea on her forehead and hand her back to Cora. I sigh. "Just because you threatened my family I'll go without telling anyone." She chuckles. "Oh that reminds me," she says then pulls a gun and shoots me. I fall to the ground.

I look up. "What the hell was that for?" She laughs. "For warning your family about us." I groan from the pain. "And now I will make sure you won't tell anyone about us ever again," she says and shoots me twice in the chest. I groan from the pain. I feel blood oozing from my chest and I slowly feel myself fading away.
