Chapter Ten

Angel POV

Once school was done I made it to my locker to grab my bag. Edward showed up next to me with a smile on his face. "You ready for tonight?" He asked me. "Yeah I said," we walk to the car and see Connor there. Alice and Jasper are behind us. We all get in and head home. After about 5 minutes, Edward pulls into his family's drive way and we all get out. Just as I'm about to get out Edward tells me that have an hour to get ready to go out, I look at the clock its 4:30pm so I have till 5:30pm. I node my head and to my house.

I walk into my room to start getting ready. I decide to have a shower so I head to the bathroom with my Ipod. I put my Ipod on the sound dock and put on Rise by Katy Perry. I get into the shower, singing along with the song.

After about two more songs I get out of the shower and head back to my room to do my hair and make-up. I look at the clock its already 5pm so I have 30 minutes left. So I sit in front of my mirror and put my make-up on to cover the crescent moon on my forehead. Then I curl my hair and pull out my outfit to get dress. I put on light purple T-shirt with my skin tone arm sleeves to cover my tattoos on my arms. I put on a pair of per-ripped skinny jeans. I grab my butterfly necklace that Connor gave me for my birthday last year, I grab my phone and purse before slipping on my black flats as I leave my room.

I look at the time and see that it's 5:30pm I haven't even made half down the stairs when the door bell went. My father goes to the door to answer it. "Hello Edward what brings you by this fine evening," I hear my father say. "Hello Mark, I'm just here to pick Angel up. I'm taking her out for the night and I promise to have her back before midnight." I get to the bottom of the stairs as Edward is talking to my father.

"Hi Edward, Dad you are okay with me going out tonight seeing it is Friday and there is no school on Saturday? I also have no homework." "Yes Angel I'm fine with you going out tonight just be safe okay," my father smiles at me. Edward and I head to his car, he opens my door to let me in and then closes once I'm in the car. He walks back around the car and gets into the driver side and pulls out of the drive way.

"So where are you even taking me Edward?" "It's a surprise Angel and trust me you will like it," I turn on the radio and just stare out the window as Edward starts to drive out of town and towards the city that about an hour and half drive. I must have fallen asleep because all of a sudden I feel Edward shaking me a little telling me to wake up. When I open my eyes, I see that we are at Thomas The Cook Restaurant. Edward helps me out of the car and we walk into the restaurant.
