Eric's P.o.V.

When she came home , she unloaded all the information on me . The death of Sophie Ann , the blood share and him getting her drunk . She was exhausted when she arrived home . I fed her and she sat there in silence for a a small time while I got settled for bed .

"We need to re-clarify forming connections as a nymph " Olivia began .

"What do you mean ?" I asked and she looked at me .

"I feel him inside of . " she said calmly . "I know he can feel me "

Everything has gone to hell . This man was a puzzle I couldn't scratch . He knew who she was , he knew who I was . Which made me wonder who he was even more . Olivia watched me as I processed everything .

"We can't back out " I said . "You have to keep this going "

"So ... " she began .

"I will find the rules of the nymph so I will know how deep this bond goes and how to sever it . " I said .

"You mean if " she said .

"You already said you feel him " I said . "The bond is there we need to use it "

"So " she said . Her eyes pleading that she didn't have to do what she did tonight but she does . He wants her . She is the key .

"I'll get it figure out . You just relax " I said and we started down the steps to basement and I begin to undress and so does he . We lay beside each other in the bed . I press my body to hers lovingly and she embraces me and shakes her head against my chest .

"I can't " she says . "Jidenna will know "

I weighed my options. Feeling her skin against mine , the connection felt different . I looked at her and she looked at me , a tear running down her cheek . I wiped it away and we laid there till we fell asleep .

When we rose , she got in the shower and I went to make a few phone calls . I looked for Dr. Ludwigs number first and I called her first . She picked up on the first ring .

"You damned never let me be " she said . "What do you want ?"

"I have some questions on Nymphs " I said .

"Is this about the girl you keep holed up in your basement " she said . I rolled my eyes thinking of when Dr.Ludwig first met Olivia . 20 years ago , Olivia was poisoned by one of our enemies when we fought them and it left her mentally insane . She was chained into the basement until Dr. Ludwig had to cure her.

"She is not in the basement now that she is better " I said . She snorted in response . I continued . "I need to know about what blood sharing and the bonds do . She has been bonded to me by blood for a long time and now we have made the true connections but directly after was forced to feed off another vampire "

"Blood bonds can still be made . And might be even more powerful if the vampire is old enough. Like yourself" she said . "Sharing blood with another vampire will make a blood connection and if the sexual bond is made , can break your bond . Nymphs were traded as slaves in the olden days Mr. Northman . The relationships , although loyal , were made to be temporary. So for you to have kept a Nymph for so long is unheard of and because the rest are in hiding in the other realms . It is completely understandable you've kept her for so long , but Kings of the other realms gave Nymphs as peace treaties , it might be time to pass yours on .if she feeds from him 3 times she's -"

I hung up on her . What the fuck does she know. I made my way to the bedroom to see Olivia dressed . More formal then usual, in all white .

"You look good . Where are you going ?" I asked .

"To see Jidenna " she said . "He's sending the car . " she approached me and kissed me .

"Don't you think we should make a plan first . A lot jut happened ." I said , "I don't want you going back over there if he's going to have you feeding off of him "

"It's already done " she said . "I will keep Jidenna distracted while you Bill and Pam make a plan to follow through with , quickly" she said . "Or he will be the King " she shrugged .

"You say that nonchalantly . Don't tell me you want him to be King " I said and she shook her head at me .

"I want you to be King , Eric and that's what he wants to offer" she said . A honk sounds and she begins for the door and i looked at her .

"You mean we should take his deal ?" I asked. "We need to side with him?"

She looked at me and shrugged . "I don't know anymore Eric . We'll talk later " she placed kiss on my cheek . Then went out the door . I immediately call Dr. Ludwig back .

Olivia's P.o.V .
I approached Jidenna's feet and he smiled with glee when he saw me and and stood to his feet .

"You look magnificent" he said as he pulled me closer and pressed his lips to my temple . I felt a peace flow over my body , I'd never felt before and he smiled at me . "How does Eric feel about the proposition "

"He's considering it . You know his life as it is now , is the simplest we've lived . Coming out the closet , has allowed us a new freedom " I explained . He nodded and smiled at me .

"That is true " he begins . "I trust you'll convince him to see the light " he said . I nodded and he smiled . "Lets have a drink ". A man comes from around the corner , with the usual pitcher and 2 large goblets . He sits it down in front of us and pours us both drinks . Jidenna handed me a drink and smiled at me. I sipped some and immediately felt warmness in my belly. There was vampire blood in this cup , I looked at him.

"Sophie Ann , is so sweet huh " he said and he took a large gulp . I began to sit the cup down but he grabbed my wrist before I set the cup down . We made eye contact and he immediately leaned forward , pressing his lips to mine . He kissed me deeply . I felt admiration all over my body as he kissed me . I began to forget what the problem was . He cupped my face and pulled away .

"Finish your drink first , love " he smiles sweetly and I put the glass to my lips again and try to control the tears from running down my face as I gulped down the sweet substance that was a mixture of the blood of Sophie Ann , and Jidenna .
