Eric's P.o.V.

I started towards the door as the doorbell rang and Nan Flanagan came through the door with her guards that began to cover the premises . She wasted no time having her people place a podium and sectioning off areas for media until she finally addressed me .

"Big night Northman" she starts . "I have to say I didn't see this day coming for your little silent nymph"

"Well here we are" I said through a fake smile and turned to her .

"And you and Pam will continue in Area 5 no hiccups correct" she said .

"Yes ma'am" , I said .

"Good, now I will let you know Mr.Jidenna will be the Nymphs overseer" she said . I turned to her and nodded .

"It was from my understanding , Jidenna would be leaving the state" I said .

"No, he will be her overseer till this state is completely back in control" she said . She leans towards me and lowers her voice . "Now we did get some information on a certain Viking involvement in the distribution of vampire blood for profit under Sophia Ann , but as long as there are no problems and things go as planned , we can let that information die with Sophia Ann, sound good" she looks to me .

"Delightful" I said through gritted teeth .

"Good , now where's your Nymph"

I pointed her down the hall .

Olivia's P.o.V.

I heard Nan from down the hall and hurried to Gabbys room a little faster . I needed to talk to her . Gabbys constant distance put me at unease . Especially once Eric disappeared with her a few times . I didn't want to over think the distance but Gabby wasn't the same as me . She had things the same but her loyalty lied somewhere else . I go into Gabby's room and she sitting on the bed reading a book and smoking in her dress . I raised an eye brow at her .

"Really" I said .

"Have you smoked since you turned , it's amazing" she said . I rolled my eyes .

"Yeah but we have officials here, we need to keep status quo" I said. She stands and approaches me .

"One hit" she said .

"After they leave" I say. "Now or I'll finish in front of Nan who is on her way now " she raises an eye brow . I take 2 puffs and inhale and hand it back to her . We quickly spray the room and Nan comes in as we sit on the bed .

"Really ladies" she rolls her eye . "You can't wait until after the ceremony" she looks around . "Got anymore"

"Nan" I started . She Smirks and rolls her eyes . I shake my head looking at Gabby and start out of the room , Gabby follows giggling. She walks beside me and holds my hand as we walk down the hall . We walk in and the grand ballroom is set .

"Where is Jidenna" Eric said in my ear as I took his side . I looked around and realized he wasn't in the room . I looked at Gabby who seemed to smirk .

"Where is he" I asked . She looked at me and shrugged . "As your maker .. I -"

"Not like this" Eric said . I raised an eye brow at him . "Dont make a scene, Nan is coming  , you have a connection with him"

"Where is Jidenna ?" She approached Eric . I looked at her and Eric looked at me . As if on cue he walks in dramatically in all black ensemble that matched our own . He linked eyes with me and then Gabby .

"You ready" he said . As if to her. He looked at me . I nodded my head felt something weird . He wasn't talking to me . I don't know if it was the weed or what but I started to float a little .

I looked at the vase , filled with Sophia Ann . And I looked at Eric . Nan stepped to the Podium and raised her hands the council began to shuffle in red robes . They take the seats in front of us as we stood before them . I'm sure a strange looking family but a powerful one .

Nan lowered her hands as the last councilman took her seat who I noticed as Salome . She made eye contact our way but it was with , Gabby . I looked at her and she raised her eye brow .

"Today we bring forth a new queen , take over Louisiana , Olivia Northman , sire to Eric Northman , and with the second of Jidenna . You will take some of the blood of the old , taking in the power, and the responsibility as Queen ." She makes eye contact with me and I step forward .

As I stepped towards the alter , bang went against the door . We all turned towards it as it slowly opened and Akasha appeared . I looked towards Jidenna and Gabby who both cracked smiles as the Authority rose and starred at the Queen . My will shifted and my knee immediately hit the ground as I bowed unwillingly to her . I looked around to see everyone had followed suit .

"Hello my children" she smirks . "It is beautiful to see you all after all this time . We all rose . "Salome , my pet , and Gabriella , my angel" they both smile . I knew that Gabby had dealings but I didn't know how deep she was .

"And Olivia" she smirks . She leans toward me . "Don't worry , my sweet , I am ready to stand at my thrown , you don't have to be Queen" she places her hand against my cheek and kisses my forehead. "You can be back with Eric" and she turns to Nan . "Now you"

I stand and take Eric's side . Before I knew it Nan was literally writhing I'm burning pain on the ground . She became goo before us as Akasha turned to face the authority .

"I am now in command , and my second will be Salome , it is time for a new world , for vampires to take their rightful powers back as the greater race" she speaks . "And now is your time to make the decision to kneel to me or take the side of this Nan" she spit out her name like it disgusted her .

There was still surprise on some of the Authorities faces as Salome began to step forward and take Akashas side . I looked over and noticed the magister was withdrawing his staff . He lunged at her and immediately became flames the same as Nan .

"Fool" she hissed . "I can allow you to walk in the sun , and you choose to be in the shadows"

"I want choose the sun" Salome said and kneeled before her . A few other member followed suit in kneeling , 4 stood , as well as me and Eric . I looked beside me to see Gabby kneeling beside Jidenna . Who also kneeled a small distance away from us . I looked in Eric's eyes and he began to do the same as well until a arrow came from the raptures above us and hit Akasha .

She looked around looking for where the Arrow came from as she pulled it out of her chest and at that moment the 4 standing members launched at her . I stood and so did Eric and he launched as well . I looked up to see Pam with the bow in hand and followed Eric's suit . We attached ourselves to the free skin of Akasha to take her blood as the others did . Willing her to turn back to stone . She tried to fight back but it seemed to not work as she tried to jerk from the grips of us . Her blood tasted like liquid fire as it ran down my throat like Jidennas blood on 100 as I sucked down the sweet nectar . I felt Eric's hand on my shoulder and I released her and in the heat of the moment we smashed out mouths together in a kiss . I felt reconnected with my maker .  In a new way as we took down this Queen . The blood lust in us rose and in the others as we destroyed the Queen as well as Salome . We stepped away as they seemed to come closer together and Pam took our side .

"Where's Jidenna and the baby vamp" she said . We looked around , they were no where in sight . I made my way to Gabbys room that was missing the one thing she wouldn't leave without , her backpack . But in the chair laid a note .

"Thank you , my Maker"
