I opened the door to my home, my grasp on the handle a bit shaky. It wouldn't happen again; it doesn't do that. Glitches wouldn't happen twice in a day. They couldn't; they would break the timeline.

I checked around the corner, which lead to the first level. No one and nothing suspicious. Slowly I walked down the hallway, checking all the rooms. No one, nothing suspicious.

I let go of the breath that I was apparently holding. A deep laughter then sounded behind me, making me jump. I spun around; Error was there.

"How?" Was all I managed, hyperventilating a little.

"Chara w-w-was one of my decoys. S-She wasn't even C-C-Chara. I j-just had to catch you off guard."

The strings jumped towards me. I wasn't quick enough, they gripped my arms.

"What do you want?" I asked, aggressive.

"Y-Your soul." Error replied, the machine popping into existence.

I gasped as the strings threw me into the machine. Error floated to the top. I ripped my backpack open and called Sans. His went to voicemail. I hung up and called M. He picked up.

"Sup, Frisk?" He asked, chill.

"I-I'm trapped in a Determination Extractor and I need help!" My voice echoed for a short period of time in the machine.

"I'm coming right over!" He hung up, leaving me to shiver in the machine.

I heard something like it powering up. I knew what was going to happen next. Wherever M. was, he'd better come fast.
