Sans POV:
"Frisk! Please!" I cried as her gentle eyes started to close.
"Don't leave! Don't leave!"
I then got a chill down my spin, literally. Then something came to my mind: I could use the spell that Gaster had taught me before he had lost it. He had taught me how to freeze objects in air and time. I don't know why, but he did.
And for once, he had done something useful.
"Frisk! I-I can save you! You might think you're dead but... But you won't be, okay?"
She nodded her head faintly, just barely conscious.
I took a shaky breath and then took her soul into my skeletal hands. Gently grasping it I started to freeze it, repeating the certain spells in my head and using the certain hand motions to make sure I wasn't killing her. Not that she wasn't already dying.
"I love you, Frisk," I whispered.
"I... Love... You... Too..." I heard her whisper back, just a whisper in a wind storm.
Her body then went ice cold and she stopped. But, her soul was still whole, just slightly tinted blue. I let it float back into her body and then saw just a slight bit of breathing. I could also feel her heart beating, just once a minute. I hadn't lost her.
Then, legs shaky and breath short, I picked her up and carried her from Snowdin and back to the surface.
I called M.K. and as soon as he saw me, his face fell into sorrow. And the tears already began. I had called everyone else too and they all arrived, faces also falling and tears also swelling to eventually overflow.
"She's not dead, just frozen. We can heal her and save her."
"D-Do you know the c-c-chances of death for t-that, Sans?" Alphys called through tears, "S-She might as well, a-a-already be dead."
