Christ The Hope Of Glory

"He is my loving God and my fortress, 

my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield, 

in whom I take refuge, who subdues peoples under me." 

Psalms 144:2

Many times we think that God is so occupied in other things that He would not care for us. However, His Word says that we can cry out to God in those times of need. When we feel like we are done, when we feel like we are in a deep hole, He tells us that we can do everything, anything through Him who strengthens us. God is a God of love. He is a loving Father, and He would never reject you if you come to Him with a humbled heart. He rejoices with a heart that wants to be pure and wants to please Him.

Have you had a hard day today? Many times we have to endure hardship in this life as we do not belong in this world, we may be part of it for now but one day Jesus will come back and take His people. We will go with Him to be in His kingdom which He promised before leaving Earth to the disciples.

David knew that in those moments of need, when despair and sadness arrived; when he felt alone, he knew that God was always there, helping him, and guiding him. In those moments he knew that God was a loving God and willing to offer forgiveness and have compassion no matter what you have done. If you asked with a repentant and sincere heart He would take it and never let you down. He is our fortress when we think we might fall. He protects us day and night.

Have you thought of the many times that God has protected you from death itself? I know I did, when I was little, barely a baby I died in my mother's arms, she told me how she had cried out to God to please leave me with her and not take me. I had come back to life that same moment. My journey to America was not the safest and I thank God because He made sure that I could be here. God has a purpose; you were born to complete an ultimate divine purpose. However, God would never force you to do so. He would guide you if you learn to listen to His voice.

In those times of temptation, in those times when we think the world comes down on us. He is our stronghold and our deliverer. He is our rock on which we stand and no matter what happens, no matter how many storms, rivers, hurricanes come in our way. We will be firm on Him. He is our shield and protector. He would fight our battles as said in Exodus 14:14

So this is the time to get up, rebuilt your life. Maybe you have mess up, but God's grace is never ending, not until that door of grace closes when Jesus Christ comes for us. Then it will be too late, but right now it is not. Raise your head up, God is alive! And He wants you to know Him and be saved. Don't let the devil keep you down, remember this verse and know that always God is there for you, fighting for you, protecting you, guiding you. His Spirit is always with us and no matter where we are, where we go. He would be with us until the end of time.
