Ch 12

~Blaise's POV~

I finally had enough.

I lunged for her throat and not even my beloved could stop me now.

Biting down and sending venom in her not to change her but just to add pain.

She screeched and then tried to claw me off.

I threw her and she flew out the window and landed on the soft earth.

But I wasn't done yet.

I dove out after her and when I landed I was a few feet away from her and I growled and stomped towards her.

I lifted her by her throat and threw her against the nearest tree feeling my bloodlust grow and grow.

Running to her with my super speed I made it in seconds and then I stomped on her arm hearing it snap.

"AHHH!" She screamed.

"BLAISE!" I heard in the distance.

When I thought I was done with her she did the one thing that she should have never done.

She shifted.

She challenged me to the death.

And nobody could interfere.

I growled louder at her disrespect and then I did the one thing I swore id never do.

I used my other ability.

Picturing the pain of drowning, being burned alive, being struck by lightning, breaking every bone in her body, The pain of loosing someone you love, the pain of a vampires venom, that pain of getting hit by a bus, the pain of being attacked by an animal and then the worst one I could thin of.

The pain of rejection from your mate.

Sometimes you wish you could take things back.

And sometimes your glad you did things.

But when I saw the broken almost dead Courtney laying on the ground who let out a shriek so powerful I didn't know what to think.

The Alpha, my mate witnessed that. Witnessed me loose control and almost kill her.

The Beta stood there looking curious and scared.

And lastly there were about five pack members who stood there looking indecisive.

"Blaire?" Blake said softly and I snapped my eyes to him.

A tear welled up and fell and Courtney was still screaming in pain.

"Blaire stop this please." he said.

He was at Courtney's side and was trying to help her.

I moved my hand In a swift movement and she was silent.

But almost dead.

I fell on my knees weak from using all that power and now have no energy.

"Take her to the pack doctor now." Blake said and the men carried her off.

The one thing I needed most right now was a hug or some comfort from my Beloved but when he sat down I moved away.

"Blaire?"

"I don't belong her Blake."

He sat in silence for a minuet then spoke, "You belong with me. So you must belong here. You just haven't been here long enough to realize."

"No Blake. I'm a vampire in a wolf pack? and as a Luna? it's not me. This isn't right. The moon goddess made a mistake. Now is the time Blake. Reject me now and let's get this over with." I said with hurt evident in my voice and he growled.

"No Blaire. You can't take the easy way out of this! Just stop bringing that up!"

"What other option is there Blake? Your packs disgusted by me, Courtney's in danger because of me, and What about the kids? I'm a threat here. We don't have another option!"

"If you think I'm going through with that then your crazy! Your the best thing to EVER happen in my life and I'll be damned if I let you go!" he says standing up.

"Well your acting like your not the best thing that's happened to me! Which you are! But how can I run a pack with you if non of them are safe or happy around me?"

He sighed and pulled me to him and I tried to ignore the sparks. "It'll all be ok. Lets just think."

I nodded and let his warm embrace comfort me...Just for a little while longer.
