Yoongi

The doorbell chimed as the artist walked through the door of Jungkook's shop. He decided talking in person would be finer than speaking over the phone. Although, the two shared a phone call prior to Yoongi arriving at the shop. The conversation consisted of Yoongi's exaplanation for going to the shop to give Jungkook his final decision. 

Currently, the younger artist was making  his way toward Yoongi. 

"Hey, I'm glad you came."

"Yeah, I thought it would be more appropriate to tell you in person."

Jungkook nodded and directed Yoongi over to the back of the shop. 

"You can take a seat here-"

The duo sat across one another, shifting into a comfortable position.

"Okay, so about your offer...I can't take it."

Yoongi was expecting some type of reaction from the younger, but Jungkook only nodded slowly with no change in expression. 

"I had a feeling you would decline."

The older became confused at the whole situation.

"Then why would you even ask me in the first place?"

"Because, even though I found it likely that you would say no, I thought it was still worth a shot. Your talent is really something, and I wasn't gonna pass the opportunity to have that."

Yoongi felt some sense of guilt, but he proceeded with his explanation. 

"That's really kind of you, and I didn't realize my talent meant so much, but I still can't. Leaving the shop just isn't something I can do. Namjoon, Jin, and I all opened the shop, we've always pursued our careers together so I don't think I can give all that up right now."

There was a small silence before Jungkook spoke up again. 

"Of course, and I wouldn't want to take that away from any of you. But, the offer will still be open in case you change your mind, and you're always welcome here. If you want anything done, you know the number to call."

Jungkook's words brightened the more serious atmosphere.

"Alright, thanks for everything, I'll definitely stop by once in a while, and don't forget to come to my shop sometimes."

"Yeah, I'll make sure to stop in, don't worry."

Yoongi let out a deep breath, standing up from his seat.

"Well, then I guess this is goodbye."

Jungkook mimics the older's actions. He then continues to shake Yoongi's hand in a professional manner.

"Yeah, for now. Until then, have a good one."

Yoongi nodded, making his way to the exit of the shop.

"Yeah, you too."

It felt like a weight had been lifted off the latter's shoulders. He drove back to his own shop anticipating the news he was going to give.

When he stepped inside the shop, he saw both his co-workers and then his boyfriend. He thought inviting Hoseok would be a good idea when he announces his decision to his best friends.

The familiar creek of the door was heard, causing everyone inside to bring their attention to Yoongi.

"Okay, I got your text, why did we all have to be here at a specific time?"

Namjoon questioned Yoongi as soon as he stepped inside, something that seemed to happen quite often. 

"Well, just because I want to tell you what I've decided to do."

In unison, the tattoo duo leaned forward, eager to hear more.

"Oh my god, you're leaving aren't you-"

Jin blurted out, assuming the worst.

"No, I'm not. I'm staying here, with all of you. It might sound cheesy and lovey-dovey, but nothing I was offered was worth taking over what we have here."

This time, Jin grinned widely, feeling completely touched.

"Awe, that's my lil' baby-"

Yoongi gave off a face of disgust to the older.

"Alright, that's where I draw the line."

Despite the distaste for all the love, the boys huddled into a group hug.

 And that was the moment Yoongi really felt satisfied that he had made the correct decision for everyone.
