"That's bull!" Nagisa screeched at the TV, helping himself to another meal. Karma stared at his partner in confusion, sighing as he saw the refrigerator was yet again, empty.

"Nagisa!" Karma called. Nagisa's answered almost immediately. "Sup?"

"You ate all the food.... again...," Karma deadpanned. Nagisa's heart fluttered. "Sorry."

Karma gave him a concerned look. He knew the blunette was recovering, he knew that he hadn't been eating well, but this was seriously more than he thought he could intake.

"Are you sure you're not telling me something?" Nagisa smiled. "Everything I know, is everything you know."

Satisfied, the red head walked into their room, still hearing the constant screams of disappoval from his mate.

"Thank you, ma'am. We will try our hardest to find him." The police man went straight into his office.

The navy hair woman, satisfied with her report, sat in one of the chairs.

Nagisa Shiota.

Where had he heard that name?

Nagisa Shiota.

Shiota.

"We've got a report," the man said to one of his work members.

"What's it about?" He said back, typing furiously into his computer.

"A boy, the name of Nagisa Shiota, went missing a while-"

"Nagisa Shiota?"

The police man stared blankly at his partner, who had stopped typing to listen. "Yes."

"Didn't his father go missing a while ago?"

That's what was so familiar about his name. His father went missing.

"Must run in the family," the member muttered, continuing to tap away on his keyboard.

"What's that suppose to mean?" The police man snapped, suddenly scared for this young boy.

The member shrugged. "Anything else?"

"Mom's in the open area."

He stopped typing. With a stony expression, he faced his partner. "Well, aren't you gonna question her?"

The police man paused. "But... I just-"

"Not the son, you idiot. The father! She has to have a clue."

"But others have and-"

"Might as well while we have a chance! Maybe she doesn't want to say anything, but if we convince her that it's about her son, she'll spill!"

"Um... I don't think we should ask something so personal..."

But his partner didn't care. He sprinted out, wrenching open the door.

"Ma'am, about your-"

But he was met with silence. He blinked.

The woman had vanished.

"One more time, Karma," the blunette whined at the red head below him. Karma rolled his eyes.

They had been practicing their assassination skills. Of course, Nagisa could pin and point out anything to Karma and bring him to the ground, but Karma seemed more aggressive and wouldn't even blink remorse.
